Can you put Ps1 games on a Psp 3000?

well there is emulation which I am not familiar with so I cant help you out there...but you CAN pay for and download certain PS1 titles onto your PS3 from a ps3 or I believe sonys website.

You can purchase some of them from the playstation store(on the pc, psp using wifi, or ps3) for generally 6 dollars; some are 10.
You can probably use an unnoficial(and probably illegal, by the way) emultor to download them for free, or copy then from the original disc for free.

PSP 3000 is only hackable with certain firmware which means if you updated it at all from when you bought it you can't do it. Since the hacking community sucks and cries every other release it takes forever for them to do it for a firmware that most people updated because they lost hope. It isn't worth it to hack a psp 3000.
