What's your favorite game store? why?

for me it's play n' trade. they've got good prices, great service, they're the only game store within 50 miles of my house that sells old school stuff, plus, they fix consoles.

For now I would have to say powergamer because they sell retro games, figures anime, etc. They also have new games. The only problem is there return policy, there is no return.

Perhaps Play N Trade. Games are cheap but they are like new. Go to Gamestop and buy a used game, you'd get a scratch fest.

Well... mine used to be Central Park, since I got both Shadow of the Colossus and Dark Cloud 2 new for less than $30 when they first came out there.

Now... I don't have a favourite. Because Gamestop took over the country... and since there's only one game store... yeah...

I really miss my local GameCrazy. It was 5 minutes from my house so me and my friend would walk there in the summer. It went out of business though so now I go to Play N' Trade. It was nice cause everyone at Gamecrazy knew me so I got like dscounts or they would hold games for me when they weren't supposed to cause I gave them all of my business.

I don't know what to put here yet.

I am restricted to Gamestop and EB because the nearest other game store is a Game Crazy in Hagerstown, Maryland and that's like an hour away.

In my town we have 2 Gamestops, and 1 EB. But sometimes I use Amazon and I always use eBay for older games.

The only place that I can say is EB Games. Im restricted to EB and Blockbuster. I haven't been able to find anything near me other than those 2 stores. Toronto doesn't seem to have any other good stores. LMK if you guys know of any

Gamestop is good for Wii, DS and PS2 games, but Fair Game is for every other system all the way back to Atari 2600.

Im liking Gamecrazy right now. They have a discount card like Gamestop and thier prices are lower. Also they have gameguard and a friendly/knowledgable staff. Only problem is sometimes they try to give you a used game in a thin case but if you ask for a regular thick case they will give it to you no problem.
