These aren't the droids we're looking for.

Toy Story, definitely. It has an idealistic magic that I haven't really seen in many movies since. It was so easy to get lost in that movie (in a great way), and the characters were so easy to get close to. It's just awesome.

Seconded by A Bug's Life; incredible movie.

Until last year I would have said Finding Nemo or Toy Story, but then I saw Up. The guys who work at Pixar are by far the most talented animators not named Hayao Miyazaki.

Up is one of the only movies to EVER make me cry and it did it in the first ten minutes no less. Not only that it had one of the funniest side kicks ever. Dug. :)

I picked toy story because of all the fond memories. When I was 2 all the way to like 8 I LOVED toy story.
Wall-e's good, but I didn't get to finish it(darn!) and I didn't see up or ratatouie(I don't know how to spell it!) yet
Cars is probably the worst.
Ah, listen to the old me! Thanks for resurecting this topic 1in6win!

Since then I've seen every Pixar movie (well, I didn't see like the last 20 minutes of Rataoulie) and realized that Toy Story 2 is not only my favorite Pixar movie, but my favorite movie of all-time. Check out my review here: http://petesgameroomforum.com/topic/2377049/1/#new

Up is an excellent movie, it just suckerpunches you with "AWWWWWWWWW!" moments, but also has funny and calm moments. It also looks and sounds fantastic. I finished Wall-E since this post and it's such a different movie, such a breath of freshair.

P.S. Toy Story 3. June 18th. I'll be at a theater day one.

Wall-E: the fact that they used hardly any dialogue to craft an imagination speaks loads about PIXAR as storytellers in general.

No problem.

I have been looking at a lot of old topics to make sure I don't "double post". I was going to post a Pixar related topic like this, but I found this and thought there was no need.

I actually did not like Wall-E. That and Cars are the only two Pixar films i don't like. All the others are amazing.

I can't wait to see Toy Story 3. I am going to be pushing those little kids out of the way. Lol

Ds Games!

I hate to jump on band wagons, but I have to go with Toy Story. That's a movie that if it came on tv right now and i felt like watching a movie, I could watch it without any problems. A lot of the others are very well made but seemed to lack something that would keep me interested.

I was going to look this topic up a few days ago, when I watched WALL-E for the first time, and rewatched Monsters, Inc. again (the same day). Toy Story is still my favorite though, followed by A Bug's Life, but I really enjoyed WALL-E. All in all, every Pixar movie I've seen has been gold; I think Cars, Ratatoulle, and Up are the only ones I haven't watched yet.

I really need to start collecting Pixar's films on DVD; Blu-ray, someday.

I love Finding Nemo. That's probably my favorite one. Wall-E was also great since it was just so damn adorable.

I would choose UP to be my favorite, but the beginning was so sad. I was not expecting that at all. lol. Awww.

Wall-E.

I grew up with the first Toy Story movie, but the near end of Wall-E actually made me tear up a bit.

Definitely going to have to be Toy Story. I remember wanting all the toys whenever I watched it... It brings back some good memories indeed!
