Who loves to laugh at themselves? If so, do you do stupid stuff alot? If so, do you love sharing those experiences online with strangers? If so, then this is the thread for you. Post something stupid you've ever done here. Here's something I just did: I wanted to change my PSN password because it's been the same thing for a while. So I chose the "Forgot Your Password?" option and it asked for my e-mail address and date of birth. It then said it was the wrong information. So I logged in with the password I'd been using normally and it didn't have my date of birth in the information. I guess this was for security purposes, since you have to give your date of birth when you forget your password. So I figured that we accidentally put in the wrong date, and tried to forget about it. I then realized that there is an option for changing your password if you sign in, so I just did it that way, since it didn't require your date of birth. Eventhough I did what I set out to do, I was still worried that I would be screwed if I forgot my pasword, so I planned to call them tommorrow and get the date changed properly. Now this is where the story gets fun: I tried again like 5 minutes ago and it worked. WTF? It turns out that I accidentally put in the release date for Uncharted 2 and not the correct date...(facepalms himself)... I guess I'm thinking about Uncharted 2 too much... Rofl. I spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with my Xbox 360. It just wouldn't turn on...so I looked online for answers. I forgot to plug it in.

LOL. Whenever I had my wii it was giving me error messages when I tried to start a game. I did everything it said to do in the manual except for making sure it was completly plugged in(I thought only an idiot would do something like that). So I'm sure you see where this is going: I plugged it in properly and it worked fine. |

Went to the Zombie walk gathering we had over here, where you pretty much dress up like a zombie, bloody yourself up and all around look creepy and walk downtown with a huge group for about 2 hours. I forgot that I didn't tell my mom this event was today, so when I came home with deathly makeup on, blood everywhere, and some fake scares, and skin with a pencil sticking out of it, it freaked her out big time. Whoops. Sorry mom.

The stupidest thing I have ever done was more the result of momentary absent-mindedness rather than real stupidity. About a year ago, I had to send off some documents to the passport office and I needed some stamps. I stopped by a drug store, bought the stamps and then went to the nearest mailbox to drop the letter. I didn't put my wallet back into my pocket because I had my hands full, so I was standing at the mailbox with the letter in one hand and my wallet in the other. Well, a momentary lapse of reason caused me to drop my wallet in the mailbox instead of the letter. I only realized this after the metal flap closed and my wallet was securely trapped in the mailbox. I was more than a little freaked out, to say the least. I eventually got my wallet back...after waiting by the mailbox for a couple of hours for someone to pick up the mail. The postal worker initially didn't believe me, but I was able to convince him that my wallet was in there and he fished it out for me. Talk about embarrassing. |

How did I not see this topic before?! Back in September I worked in a friend's bar for 6~ hours for $10. $10 for 6 hours of work. This next one was almost stupid: I went into one of my villagers' houses on Animal Crossing: Wild World and sat down in their chair and closed my DS for awhile. Later that day, I opened my DS only to find said villager standing in front of the chair, staring at me, smiling. After trying to get out of the chair, I found that I was trapped! As long as the villager stood in front of me, I could NOT get out of the chair. Closing my DS, I went to bed, deciding that I'd check it out again the next day. The next day, I got on only to find that the villager was STILL STANDING IN FRONT OF ME! I began to worry that I'd have to turn my DS off and have to endure lost data and a lengthy speech from Resetti. Determined not to do this, I closed my DS and put it out of my mind. Roll forward 2 weeks. It's about 6:30am, I'm sitting at my computer. Opening my DS, I finally decide to that I'm going to turn it off. Looking at the clock, I notice that the town will be reset in less than 30 minutes. I decide to give it a shot, and close my DS without turning it off. Roll forward to 6:59am. I open my DS and wait for the morning shot of the town hall. After the "Rise and shine everybody!" message thingy, the screen wipes to black. The screen shows the villager's house; me sitting in the chair in the center of the room- the villager behind me, not IN FRONT OF ME! Freaking out, I jump my character out of the chair- I'M FREE! 2 weeks of sitting in a chair is finally over! I was really worried that I'd have to turn the game off, as I have the tendency of leaving Animal Crossing: Wild World running for... well, let's say a very long time. I would have lost a lot of data. Next story.... I won't get into details, but when I was young, like 7-8 years old, I accidentally hung myself from a tree. Don't ask....  That's all for now. thats see walk into my school cop while a was texting in the hallway thinking out loud in class like "i'm fucking hungry" but the worst of all last year it was wednsday and my school was getting thursday and friday off my mom was out of town that night and i forget we had no school on thursday so guess what dumbass goes to school on thursday me fucking school |

In April, after shopping I put my wallet back into my school bag but not in its usual area of my bag. So I couldn't find my wallet. Canceled my bank card, then I found my card 40 minutes later. Had to go 2 weeks waiting for my new card to come in the mail and guess what happened in that time, found a VERY RARE Motley Crue album but couldn't buy it....haven't seen it since.

i went to the mall on a saterday and i walked into a store called software ect. (a game store) so i was looking around and i wasnt paying attention. so i picked up some games and i didnt put them back and i walked out wit the games in my hands and the alarm goes off and secerity was after me. so i dropped the games and just ran out. (that was my first enstect on what to do. since all i do is mess wit secerty guards and wit the police.) so yea. i couldnt go back into the mall for like 3 months. fail... |

Haha, One of my worst is I ran into a cop with an airsoft gun and he thought it was real and he told me to drop the weapon or he was gonna shoot I was like holy sh**!! Then i showed him it was just airsoft and he said ok and drove away.. I also ran from the cops because I thought they were gonna arrest me because Iwent out with a friend to like a bmx ramp and didnt come back home for 6 hours so my mom called the cops to look for me and they found me in a wal-mart parking lot and they took my bike from me >:(!! |

when i was 5-7 i was at my cousins house and we were spinning around in a giant cardboard box. When it was my turn again i did it and fell back against a metal bar and ended up cracking my head open. lol |
