I actually got that Wii controller bin today. It shipped on like Tuesday, I'm impressed Nintendo. The bin itself is great, it's probably big enough to hold 4 Wii Remotes without the rubber grips. |

I have a fun, as well as crazy Club Nintendo story to tell: After redeeming my coins for Super Mario Galaxy 2 and getting the 10 coins for the Post-Play survey, I had 550 coins. That is 50 coins away from Platinum Status, 600 coins. So I was just 50 coins away! In other words, I was but 1 Wii game away from an exclusive Club Nintendo reward. The pressure was on because at the end of the month, the chance to get coins for elite status would end. I would still get the Gold Status, but am I really gonna let myself be so close to Platinum and not truly get it? So I planned on buying Animal Crossing: City Folk to give me the 50 coins I needed for platinum status. Now, this was a decision I was making almost entirely for Club Nintendo: I didn't exactly want to buy a rehash of a DS and Gamecube game, each of which I have already played a lot of repectively. I really wanted to get Picross 3D, but that game would only net me 40 coins, when paired with the Post-Play Servey. I'd be 10 coins off. Unnaceptable. Nintendo had really convinced me buy one of their games that I wouldn't want simply for a Club Nintendo reward. So today, I was about to go out and buy Animal Crossing: City Folk, but beforehand I signed in to Club Nintendo to seek alternatives. I went to the FAQ. I saw a list of Pre-December 2008 Wii games that are available for one of two things: A Post Play Survey (potentially 10 coins), or a complete survery along with the Post-Play Survey (potentially 60 coins). In the list, I saw a certain Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Wait a sec... I have that game... I shhut my laptop, ran to my room, and yanked out my Brawl case. I saw the "My Nintendo" pamflet inside. I thought "That won't do me any good, I didn't regster it beforehand because My Nintendo no longer exists. This isn't a Club Nintendo card, so what good will it do me?". But, desperate, I put the code into the product registration box, clicked "register, and behold: A survey for 50 coins. I did this survey. Got my 50 coins. Will receive 10 more when I do another survey in a week. I am now a Platinum member of Club Nintendo for the 2009-2010 year, and wil be getting Picross 3D, a game I actually want, today.  The lesson to be learned kids: My Nintendo Codes for most, if not all, first party Wii/DS games that released before December of 2008 are legible for at least a 10 coin survey, perhaps a 50 coin survey on top of that. I'm already a Platinum member. I, for the most part, hate everything offered on that site (come on! We need prizes like the Japanese members get! It's not fair  ), except a DSLite case. It cost me 400 coins, and after I got a DSi, it was never used again...I should have waited to get the second Game 'n' Watch collection.

I'm a Platinum member. Only thing I've ordered is the 3 Zelda poster set. (which I love) I still have 590 coins, but there really isn't anything else that catches my eye that I can get at this point. Yeah, I have the posters also and they are great. My favorite was the history of link poster, but the twilight princess was second. |

Just joined Club Nintendo woo! Already registered 320 coins worth of stuff, which put me at gold status already. Excited to see what goodies I can get as registration cards are passed to me all the time by my buddies

Last year they gave out a free hat and a wiiware punchout game. It'll most likely be a collectible for both gold and platinum status. |

I have officially reached platinum status. My buddies were kind enough to give me the 280 coins I needed to fulfill it in 2 days lol. Hoping the platinum prize is good this year. I'll probably be grabbing some wiimote bins first then moving onto the Game and Watch collections as I get more codes from friends. |

I saved up a bunch of points from back in the GameCube day, but when Nintendo updated their site, my account was purged. I never got to reclaim my points. Really gutted. Ever since, I haven't had the heart to carry on. |

Got an email from Club Nintendo about Platinum status rewards. It's a nice little statue with a bunch of the Mario characters on it. Just crossing my fingers it arrives after July 11th when I get back from Mexico. |

I just made it to platinum this year with 640 points, I could have had more if I took more post play surveys but those things drive me mad after like 5 of them even if I speed through them w/ random selections. I am happy w/ the platinum elite reward this year, it will go nice in my collection. Its a heck of a lot nicer than the mario hat from last year. |

I could of hit gold status but I held off, I figure I'll attempt at platinum next year with some stuff I have saved and all the stuff I plan to buy. 3DS, 3ds games, and the upcoming wii games, Zelda, Donkey Kong, etc. |

Just got (I think it's) Elite status with 570 points. So 30 more will get me Platinum? I just ordered a calendar that's supposed to arrive by the end of the year. That should be interesting. Joined back in September last year. I figured with all the games I buy, I'd be able to buy the whole store by now, but I guess third-party games don't count. Ah well. Need to take some of those post surveys and see if I can get something else free with platinum status. Thanks for the tip. |

I only had enough for the calendar last year as I buy most of my ds games used, but I like the looks of that small model, maybe they'll show up on e-bay nice and cheap in the near future :). I find nintendo doesn't take terribly long to send out their prizes, as I usually get mine in last August. |
