In college, we had a required public speaking course. I did a whole speech on LAN gaming, and brought in 5 systems and a full setup and had it all hooked up in the classroom.

I had my 75 year old teacher playing Unreal Tournament, and doing rather well against some other students. I think I got her hooked! lol

So it's a friday night, my girlfriend is hitting up London town, and all my friends are out doing normal stuff.

What am I doing? I'm filling up my new IPhone with apps, movies, podcasts and musics. Worst thing is, I wouldn't have it any other way :D
I have a long workday, and how do I relax?

Sitting in my office, changing out the podcasts, movies, and apps on my iPhone4, and surfing the web on one system, and watching Code monkeys on netflix on my netbook.

Pic taken with my iPhone.

I wouldnt have it any other way either.

Oh, and the beer is a local microbrew. One of my other favorite things to do, check out microbrews.

I have a few realllly nerdy things, but the one that takes the cake is when 3 friends and I called out sick from school on like a Wednesday so we could have a 99 stock Smash Brothers Brawl match.

We broke for lunch to order dominos (back when they had the 20.99 deal..you know the one that had wings, garlic bread 2 large pies and a 2 liter bottle of soda), and got the urge to play golden eye, so we swapped the n64 into my parents living room, so we wouldn't have to turn off the gamecube (it shared the same video out thing).

We did that for a few hours then returned to smash brothers. At ~5 stock each, my parents got home and busted us, but being as cool as they were they didn't call my friends' parents to tell them they were over at my house playing video games and were not suffering from the flu that they had apparently caught from me (mind you I said I caught the flu from them). Instead my parents ordered (you guessed it) Dominos! As not to bust ourselves further, we played dumb and ate pizza AGAIN.

I don't remember who won the match (wasn't me), but we all called in sick the next day due to the fact that we got sick from...well I guess eating dominos twice in the same day.

Recently, when I was dating a girl, she hinted that she wanted to...let's say, take things a little far, and in a panic, as I felt that I was being rushed into something that I wasn't comfortable with, I turned on my PS3 and started playing Bayonetta.

I guess that's pretty damn nerdy.

My senior year of college (I'm 22 years old at this point), we had to start a blog for my Online Journalism class about whatever topic we wanted. I chose retro games and called it greenhillzonereviews or something like that. Turns out, two other guys liked my idea and decided to do their blogs on retro games too lol. Even worse, the professor asked a few of us to explain our domain names to the whole class, so I had to explain to the class what Green Hill Zone is.

I did a Law and Ethics paper on the Nintendo vs. Universal Studio case from early 80s about Donkey Kong arcade. Fortunately, I've hit the age where retro is cool at this point, everyone wants to play my old consoles!

Oh...and I can still assemble the original power rangers Megazord toy, probably blindfolded.
