The PS2 is definitely a great system to collect for  With the huge game libary the system has you will surely find some great games for it.

reach 100 ds games (got about 37) each 20 boxed 64 games (at 7) get 40 dreamcast games (at 35) get 50 ps3 games (at 13 lol) and get 15 more wii games i have about 30 atm |

2 games I still need to find and pickup... I'm having a really hard time tracking them down unfortunatly but I'm sure they will turn up in a store one day (probably the day I don't have enough money to buy the game) lol. |

i have been working and looking fo a cheap good snes on ebay. XD I have plenty of money to spend on there but the cheaper it is the more game I can get. |

Seeing how I almost ran out of money and have t ofind a job I never made colectors goals, more a goal to finishing more in my collection that I have bought but havent gotten around to playing. Now if I do end up getting a steady income I will trying to complete my FF collection and at least pick up a FF XI for the PS2 with hard disk. I am also hoping to buy some more PSX RPGs like Xenogears and Vlkyrie Profile. To round it all out catching up on my PSP and DS collection by importing a lot of ames that havent been released here in Europe. Would I like anotehr console? Yes I would love get my hands on a Sega Mastersystem, Saturn and Sega CD. |

I am not sure how much buying I will do this year because I have to pay for college, my phone, and I am saving up for a car. I guess if I were to have a goal, it would be to purchase a Nintendo DSi or a couple of games I have been wanting to play such as Borderlands, Final Fantasy XIII, and Left 4 Dead 2. I also plan on picking up Dead Rising 2 and Fallout Vegas on opening day. It sucks being new to collecting and also having other expenses. |

I never thought to much about goals...I just buy stuff :p probably too much too often, but eh. I like stuff I do want more wii games...i just...ugh...hate sifting through the junk. has anyone else noticed nintendo no longer has a nintendo seal of quality....its just nintendos seal? they even know most of those games are garbadge! why nintendo why?!?!

My three goals this year is 1. Getting a Wii for my 21st birthday with getting two or three games. 2. Beating Golden Sun 1 and 2 for the second year straight cause of Golden Sun Ds coming out later this year. 3. Getting close to 45 ds games currently at 39. |

Definitely need to beat some of my games, haha. New goals! Pick up the Sly series for the PS2 - It sounds awesome, and it's stupidly attainable at the moment. Buy, play, and beat a Final Fantasy game - I've never played a Final Fantasy game. Stylistically, I don't much care for the newer ones (2000 and on); they just look way too over-stylized and busy for my taste. Beat BioShock - I've never been good with survival horror games, so hopefully this'll break me of it. Hopefully. This game is creepy as hell. I also want to collect Game Boys. That's all I can think of right now; I'll add some more if I think of any. |

I haven't give an update as to how I am doing with these goals for a while so here goes... Purchase ICO and Shadow of the Collosus for PS2- I still have not got either of these games, I did see ICO for £22 in a store near me though so maybe I will pick it up next. Increase my collection of PS2 games to at least 150 games- I am around 25 games away from reaching this goal. Increase my collection of Xbox 360 games to at least 60 games- I am about 15 games away from reaching this goal. Buy at least 2 collectors editions with games coming out this year- So far I haven't got any collectors editions with games coming out this year... There are many games I want coming out in the next few months such as Fallout: New Vegas, Fable III etc... So I am probably going to get myself the collectors editions of those games. Just get over a 100 games on one of my consoles, probably going to go for it either on the ps2 or ds. Get shadow of the collosus and ICO A few more Shin Megami Tensei games. |

I'd like to reach 150 ds games, however since I'm just over 110 now and always wait for games to go down in price, I'm not sure I'll be able to reach this mark come January 1st. There are still a lot of great games coming to the ds, but most of them will stay expensive for too long for me to reach 150 this year, but I'm going to try anyway. |

Collector's Goals for 2010: Finish my North American Anime Style Game collection for the Sega Saturn. I'm down to two games hopefully will have those two by the end of August. Obtaining the only import game I think I'll ever own for my video game collection. That game is Radiant Silvergun for the Sega Saturn. Taking a huge initiative to start collecting all kinds of Xenogears stuff to add to my ever growing Xenogears collection. Get myself ready to start my North American Anime Style Game collection for the sega cd in 2011. |

Mainly just buy some more SHMUPS. Really started getting into that genre this year, and am considering buying a Japanese Xbox 360 to play more of them. Still undecided about doing that though due to the 360's high failure rate. Definitely need to import Espgaluda 2 first! |
