Super Mario World with Mario Galaxy taking a close second place. Super Mario World was just so addicting, and there were so many levels! The level design was so great, and riding Yoshi and flying with the cape never get old! |

I voted Super Mario World for various reasons. Anyone who has played it will know how ground-breaking a video game it was. I was actually tempted to vote Sunshine for innovation and fun, but Super Mario World did more for gaming as a whole. |

Super Mario 64. One of my favorite games of all time. It may not have that large of an inpact on younger kids today that were not old enough to play SM64 when it first released, but those of us that played it close to around when it was released were captivated by the game. |

I agree with how important and revolutionary it is, but i thought it'd be a little obvious if i made it my favorite - Thousand Year Door is custom tailored to my preferences (gameplay-wise) it's got top notch dialouge and a rich intelligent story. The only reason i quoted you is because i don't want people to assume i fall into the category of modern gamers who are wowed by the newest and best Looking game with little regard to the past

I was tempted to vote for Super Mario World... But to be honest up to this day, Super Mario galaxy is even more fun  New Super Mario Bros Wii comes close though, the multiplayer is absolutely brilliant. |

I voted for Super Mario Bros. 3.......It revolutionized the series and set the standard for 2d platformers and has stood the test of time as one of the greatest NES games and greatest games period of my generation. My personal favorite is the U.S. Super Mario Bros. 2...however I realize that most people don't consider it a 'real' mario game so that is why I didn't vote for it. I do enjoy it slightly more than 3 though. |
