The MMO I truly got into is RuneScape, I don't play it now, I log in sometimes just to chat and troll people, maybe do some quests but I'm not into it anymore! I will most likely play FFXIV as long as it is on 360, I don't own a PS3. Not sure about FFXI

Forgot to put ToonTown online, I used to be crazy about that game, I powered up so many gags! I was member like 10 times! I quit though because missions just got ridicilous later on, my Laugh Meter was 88 or something! By far the best Disney game on the computer, addicting too! Everyone should check out that game!

World of Warcraft
Aion

Aion was kinda disapointing, it looked rly decent in the beginning with amazing graphics and some decent gameplay... But it turned out to be a grind fest, with a lack of content.

I at first played Ragnarok, and quite enjoyed it, but I was only using the trail version, didn't like it enough to pay monthly fees.

Than I tried Maple Story, I was HEAVILY addicted to it, and played it for a good two years or so, but I just found a lot of "too good for you" members on there, the maps weren't big enough to house all the players on there at a time. Each main server you were on had about 17 different channels, and it got to the point where no matter what channel you switched to it was constantly crowded. Full of Kill Steal users as well, farming at the same spot. So I quit playing it something like 5 years ago.

Than I playing WOW very briefly just to see what all the hype was, and I couldn't get into it, as far as I went was a LV 19 Paladin.
I don't like relying on a party in order to get things done, or to LV, as well as I'm not much of a PC gamer, and neither are most of my friends, so it was hard trying to form a guild to play with me.

After that I decided, no more MMORPG's for me, just not my thing.

I'm not massive on MMORPGs but I had a good run at WoW and I played a bit of EvE online, I like WoW but it gets tedious as hell after a while, I've not tried it since the graphical update but I'll probably be giving it a go later on today. I didn't like EvE at all, it is boring as hell.

My favourite MMO is by far Guild Wars with Phantasy Star Online close behind. Though in the past, and a a few currently I've played:
World of Warcraft
Final Fantasy XI
Dungeons and Dragons Online
and a ton of free to play mmos

For Final Fantasy XIV it may come to 360, but it also will be on the PC. So if your computer can run it check it out on there. Probably will be the best platform for it

I feel the same way as Porcelain, i don't like relying on a party to get things done, and i'm not huge on MMOs. I Really like PSO though, i'm thinking about buying PSZ to pass the time until PSP2 comes out. I don't like subscription fees :P

I love MMORPGs. It gets boring playing all these single player games all the time. I've tried them all, quite literally (except for EVE Online). But World of Warcraft is still the King, and i'm not ashamed to admit that I still love it after 5-6 years of playing. Though now I play a fraction of what I used to.

FFXIV and The Old Republic also look promising.

I've played Tibia since 2003, though I've retired several times (I'm retired at the moment). It's always been a great game, though the quality has gone down over the years. It's definitely not the same Tibia it was back in 2003.

What world(s) did you play?

tried FFXI. Hated it, probably because I was expecting Final Fantasy
tried Tibia. Fun for about 5 minutes; leveling up takes WAY to long
tried WoW. Hated it; leveling takes even LONGER and I _hate_ dungeon grinding

that's not it off course, I tried many others before like Ragnarok Online and such.
Considering I really don't like online gaming (except for Counterstrike back in the day, before it got turned into a kiddie-fest with screaming dumbasses) and DooM (because it's text-chat only, thank god), but MMORPG's are really not enjoyable for me...

Maybe because I like to experience the story of RPGs by myself and don't want to share some half-assed "kill the enemy" text-script with 8 billion 13 year old morons...

Final Fantasy 11 was the only MMO I have played. Very indepth game, just way to many things to do. Leveling up takes forever once you really get into it as well. Levels higher up (60+) can take 8+ hours just to attain. Really ridiculous, only for the most hardcore and veteran of gamers. However, that didn't stop me from playing it for 3 years lol
