Depends how much you pick it up for. You got 5 days left on the auction, so not sure why you need help fast :P

It's kind of a shitty specification to be honest. It'll do the trick for launching Windows XP, and general Internet use, but apart from that, I wouldn't push it. Plus, 40GB HDD is nothing.

Don't spend $100 on it. The CMOS BIOS cell is so easy to replace - open up the PC, look for the silver disk that's the size of a 10pence piece (or a dime), pull it out and replace.

You'll need this:
http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/BN-CMOS-BATTERY_W0QQitemZ290415949133QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_216?hash=item439e23b54d

And a mouse.

Sounds like it doesn't come with an operating system either, so you'll need to grab a license for that... Up to you lad. Depends on your budget and what you want from a DT.

It still have 5 bidding days, chances are it's gonna get more expensive. And for gaming, 256mb of RAM is bad.

What PC games do you want to play? Let me know a few titles, and I'll get you an accurate PC spec.

Well no. You won't have a chance in hell of getting MW2 to run on that system. That system is roughly... 7-8 years old? At a guess.

Also, just to avoid confusion. CPU stands for central processing unit. It's a part of a computer. If you buy a CPU, you're buying a single component that makes up the computer itself.

Go to Dell's website, buy a new system from there. :)

I have a monitor, keyboard and a mouse. But my CPU exploded/pop because I accidentally change the setting of the volt switch.

Why not buy a new PSU?

If you want a decent gaming computer, you're gonna have to pay more than what you are willing too. A "decent" one would at least cots $400. Otherwise, but a 360 or a PS3, they are so much cheaper.

What is a PSU? Power Supply Utility? I'm a teen and I dont really about computers. What is the average cost for a repair of the PSU? In USD, thank you. :D

A power supply unit, you'd need a brand new one... I dunno, 20-30 bux?
