I am 5"8 Right now I way at 140 and am trying to get down to at least 130. Or at that fact gain some. I am not skin and bones. The weight I have on me is muscle. But I need more muscle to average it out.

I'm currently 97 pounds and I'm 5'8. I want to get down to 94 by Monday. I just want to lose a little belly fat so I can see my abs again. :(

Never mind. I just checked the scale and I'm 93. :) I just want to lose a little more of belly fat. I lost 3 pounds since last Friday.

5'8" and 130lbs is pretty darn skinny by the sounds of it.

Bear in mind I'm 5'7" and struggling to get to 155.

Ultimately, stats shouldn't dictate how you live your life, just do what makes you happy. If you wanna exercise, eat well, then so be it. But, if you wanna game and eat awesome stuff like chocolate, gotta realise that your beltline will reflect this ;D

No one can tell you how to live your life, it's up to you to decide :D

No one's perfect, we're all as messed up as each other. Except me. I'm pretty much perfect in every way. ;P

I weighed myself first thing this morning, bear in mind my scales are incredibly naff, they said I was 70KG.

I need to weigh in at under 72KG onmore reliable scales in less than 2 weeks time, bear in mind I'll continue to diet, and Iwon't eat anythign 24 hours before weigh in, I got a great feeling about this. :)

My fight is this Saturday (11th). I'm super excited!

I have however, just recovered from a bad case of flu. I've lost the remainder of my weight due to sweating buckets and not being able to eat. Ughhh.

So, weigh in is tomorrow at 9am.

I'm currently on no solids at all, just drinking a few slimfasts, and a tonne of water. I'll then sweat out some fluids tonight, hopefully bringing me well under the weight limit.

Two issues:

I'm god damn grumpy. I'm an intolerable bastard at the best of times, but god dammit.

I feel absolutely tiny. I currently feel like my pet kittens are towering over me :|

But tomorrow, I get to make like knuckles and have a bit of a scrap [knuckles]

Congratulations Andsy, that is just awesome that you won and I wish you the best of luck throughout 2011.

I am at 92 pounds and will be 91 by tomorrow at the rate I'm going. I'm gaining muscle though while losing weight because it is a little belly fat that I'm losing which is a plus. I'm feeling really good! :D

Lol... I need to lose some weight. I played football in high school. I graduated last year. I kept most of the muscle but stopped my cardio workouts so now I have a nice belly.

Diet starts today for me, got far too lazy the last 8 months and put on a stone. At 196lbs just now hope to get down to 175-180 and that should be a good bit leaner and fitter.

Since my MMA bout back in early December, I've been really, really ill. I've attempted to get back into the gym, but dizzyspells and nausea have prevented me. Not a good start to 2011 at all.

I'm still recovering, and 2 months of eating casual has made me lose my six pack, infact I'm getting a bit squishy in areas. It's a nightmare! :(

So, back on the road to recovery and henchness, with the rest of my PGRF pals.

Bumping up the cardio, gunna go back to MMA, started gymnastics again, as I wanna get a few freerunning techniques back, and I'm gunna start weights again, as I won't be competing this year, so don't need to stick around 155lbs. 170 is my natural weight, I'm a stocky chap for being 5'7" ;D

Anyone else gunna start up? It's fun, and you cut down on your moobs, so you get to touch moar boobs! HOORAY!

Haha Andsy that last bit made me laugh. I have been in and out of shape for like 4 years now but I have decided this is my year. I naturally have high levels of body fat, have to fight to keep these down so bumping up my cardio a bit. Beach body here I come lol.

Just wanted to warn y'all of the DANGERS of exercising:

- Makes you moar awesome.

- Scientifically proven to make you feel happier. Helps patients suffering from depresison.

- Makes you more attractive to members of the opposite sex.

- makes you more confident.

- You can lift buses n shit

- Makes you live longer, like superman

- You can do that awesome pectoral dance thingy

- You get to eat more garbage and not feel guilty about it.

Truly, these side effects are worrying. BAN EXERCISE

I seriously turn in to an ravenous beast when training. The amount of food I'm able to eat whilst still losing weight is ridiculous.

All of these things are completely true though. Especially the bus ones. :p

Im getting back into the workouts again, i was doing it a lot last year til i met me current missus, kinda lost interest as she doesnt give a shit about buff guys haha.

But since last week or the week before...or the week before, cant remember...im back on program.

31st Jan: 5'8" 12stone or 168pounds or 74-75Kg.

Im already kinda muscular due to my job but i have some of the moob action mentioned earlier creeping in. I just want to be a machine by my birthday in may.
