Level 1 Posts: 35 Group: Members Member #1,942 Joined: Apr 21, 2010	Hey everyone, Just wondering what everyone through would be a rare or hard to find PS3 game in 5 - 10 years? I've heard people mention Forklore and Valkyria Chronicles but what is everyones throughts?

Level 4 Posts: 391 Group: Members Member #717 Joined: May 12, 2009	I would be more inclined to say that Yakuza 3 and eventually 4 will be very rare titles as they aren't being released under large amounts in North America as was the case with the first 2 games. These were only put through because of Fan service as Yakuza 3 took years before finally getting translated to English. Valkyria Chronicles probably won't be that rare because it's fairly well known now and it's very available. It seems like it picked up a lot of steam after it's initial launch as everyone seems to know about it now. 3D dot heroes seems like it could be lost under the radar in the future if there isn't a sequel for it at all. Demon's souls likely will be some what rare in the future too and fairly sought after.

I personally think that boxed versions of downloadable games might be very collectable... I'm just about to order the Biohazard Revival collection (Code Veronica and 4), which I think will be a very sought after game in the future.

My reasoning behind this that it is the most solid action RPG on the system to date, it's very unique, and there isn't a sequel planned. That game will be gold in 10 years. I love it. It's definitely my favorite RPG in the last 5 years. Is Folklore good? Been looking at some reviews and have been shying away from picking this one up. Even if its great, I probably won't be able to pick it up until I'm done with Skyrim.

The only game i have read in this forum that i believe is remotely hard to find is Eye of The Beholder, since its release i have only received it once from a trade in. Demon Souls Collectors of course is rare purely because its a collectors, same can be said for any collectors these days. My bet is on the new Sonic Generations Collectors its already fetching a stupid price. Only one EB Games (Game Stop) in our shopping center got one and we are easily one of the biggest Malls in Australia. So if you have a friend or you know someone who was lucky enough to pre order in time for a sonic generations collectors....GRAB IT AND RUN!!
