The shoe from SMB3. I mean, he's in a f**king shoe. And the shoe changes size when you eat a mushroom. Thats one amazing piece of footwear. Or maybe it really is a boot? Either way, its an awesome piece of weaponry. I wish I had a shoe like that. |

I like the Tanuki suit or the Star the best, just reminds me of being a kid and running to catch both, and the star music is awesome. Roosters reply of the Boot made me laugh, I think the boot is pretty bad ass as well. |

Some of my favorite power up from the Super Mario Bros. Franchise are: 1.) The Hammer Bros Suit from Super Mario Bros. 3. Such an awesome suit and the fact you can kill bowser with it pretty quickly is definite plus if you can get to him with it that is. 2.) The Metal Cap from Super Mario 64, which pretty much turns Mario into the T-1000 Mario. Such an awesome powerup. |

Gonna have to go with the cape from Super Mario World. I have such fond memories of playing the GBA version of Super Mairo World when I was like 5. It really is one of my favorite games of all time, along with my favorite Mario game. That power-up was just so much fun to mess around with; I wasted so much time just fooling around with the cape on any scenario that sounded cool. Remember level 6? Perfect.

My favorite would be the P-Wing from Super Mario Bros. 3! Unlimited Tanuki power FTW! If the P-Wing don't count since its a special power-up I would go with the Cape Feather power-up from Super Mario World on the SNES. Edited by majinpowers, May 22 2010, 01:19 AM.

The Paper Airplane ability from Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door; I know you guys probably don't count that, and that I talk about this game all the time, but I can't stress enough how under-appreciated it is as far as the hardcore RPG community goes... |
