Give it time You have no videos up but once you start uploading your own videos people will eventually check them out, keep this thread updated whenever you upload a new video and I'm sure some people from this forum will check it out.

Try not to talk too fast, have a Paper in the Background with everything in it. I would change the Camera Perspective, too.

Yeah it just takes time and patience, it took Pete a long time to get to where he is now. it is hard starting out but just have fun with it and people will eventually watch, i'll start things off by subbing you

I just kept making videos, and when people commented or messaged, I responded. Eventually, they'd subscribe, then they'd tell other people, and so on. It takes time, patience, and really enjoying making videos. It'll happen with all of those qualities! |

I have never really tried to get people to subscribe to my channel. I just keep making videos, and responding to comments, and eventually people subscribe. Also, try to look at the camera instead of yourself on the monitor, just a little pet peeve of mine. Edited by xdarnokx, May 10 2010, 06:14 PM.

it starts out really slow, but once you get like 100 then all of a sudden it pops up to 200... then to 500, then 800, then 1000,... it keeps going faster and faster. Just put effort into your videos, and try to captivate your audience and you'll get there. |

I think it becomes like a snowball effect. Nobody starts off with lots of subscribers in their first few months. Once you get better at it, through experience you will get noticed :). Also its no secret that YouTube is riddled with haters who have little else to do than hate on people. Just ignore them, they have no business watching your videos. You tend to see the same people hating on your videos all the time. Chances are if they keep coming back to watch it then you must be doing something right. |

me i do reviews now! havent done in a while because my computer broke but your best bet would be unique because just doing the same old can be boring also this day n age you should have a HD CamCorder, its much more attracting to subs! |
