I know Pete has talked about this sometime before, but I dunno if there is a Thread about it. The game looks great, but I was wondering just who exactly is behind Watermelon games, and how many people. How long has it taken them, and when will it be released? |

i got my reprint8 today  but im scared bout the saving because my sonic 3 wont save, any1 know if they put bigger battery in this game? because saving is a must for a rpg |

I ordered the re-reprint (:P) at the end of February. I can handle the wait but once I have this game I will dust of the Sega Genesis and start playing this wonderful game. Really awesome to see a fan-made game see such praise on YouTube. I look forward to playing the game since I never played a RPG on the Genesis before (shame on me....) |

I am just hoping the game is really good beyond just being good because it was made by such a small group of fans. The first print is on my shelf with my other sega stuff and I will start the game once I finish a few other games first. I might just save it for the Summer when I will have a ton of time to dedicate to gaming. |

I wouldn't normally bump such an old thread, but WaterMelon team is preparing another reprint release after many, many months. The new edition is said to have a Spanish/Portuguese translation instead of French/German (in addition to English on both). Apparently the announcement was made on September 15th, with leaks of an announcement as early as the 7th. The website also now says "Out of Stock. Back Soon!" instead of "Out of Stock". Not sure how they're going to handle it. I know on their last batch they had pre-orders, and then a week after they cut off pre-orders they sold the remaining additional stock. I'm sure there will be a week or so of orders before they run out. I'll try to keep the topic bumped once they become available. |

I see they are selling the Soundtrack CD seperatley now too. I may have to pick that up, i like the chip music but i wouldnt mind hearing the "Proper" musical score. Beats ripping open my first run copy... |

Nope, i should have but oh well. I ordered a re-print cause i really wanted to play it. I never keep anything sealed and thought that the first run of Pier Solar would be one worth saving. |

Man, that's awesome. Finally Seems the price went up a bit though. I'll have to scrap together some extra cash this month and see if I can grab the soundtrack as well. EDIT: I had to get the soundtrack, there was no question about it. Just received my email

Wow that was fast. I just got my shipment confirmation email. I literally just paid for the order about 20 hours ago. Tracking information was uploaded and everything. I'm shocked that it wasn't 45 days lol. |

I really need to get back to Pier Solar, I payed a lot of money for the first print edition and I think I played it once...so sad, it's a really nice version so I should really pay it some more respect and get back to it. @_@ Dan. |
