Level 5 Posts: 501 Group: Members Member #80 Joined: Jan 27, 2009	There are rumors going around that there might be a movie, this video may just be a pitch to try and get a movie. Others have been saying its a reboot to the game series although I think it may be more then just a reboot video. It could turn into a movie which I hope it does. The game however is certain, they are aiming for an M rated game... and they won't be holding back, could this be the most brutal MK game to date? I hope so. I had a few of my film friends look into it. One of them found Geri's Ryans twitter post concerning the recent youtube video: According to her: "It's not a game trailer. Actually was made for the director to sell WB on his vision for a reimagined MK film." As it looks, its a small project done by a director with some excellent star power behind it Michael Jai White (Spawn, Black Dynamite, and Universal Solider) Geri Ryan (Star Trek Voyager, Bosten Legal, Boston Public) If a film is being done, which more than likely is looking like an excellent possibility with the excellent production value that clip has. IMDB doesn't really have a lot of information out on it. It actually does seem like its pretty good. I'm kind of Dissappointed Johnny Cage gets no love. Why you got to die Johnny. Your too cool to die.

Level 5 Posts: 593 Group: Members Member #405 Joined: Mar 17, 2009	Just saw this a bit ago, oh man, It looks so cool! Just read it took that guy 2 months and 7500 bucks to make that trailer. Imagine what it would of looked like with a full team working on it with the financial backing from Warner Bros.
