So yeah, I'm really thinking about putting together a retro gaming website with maybe a bit of modern. It would be mostly a blog but I might add more if necessary in the future. No I will design and build the whole thing but I need help with people getting news and information along with posting all this stuff so if any news gurus wanna help that will be great. I would LOVE to do that. I alreay do YouTube reviews, and now I can have a reason to do them weekly or so! I'll do that! Update me with details soon. I'd put them on YouTube and your site if that would work. |

I replied to your post the other day about this, I'm not sure if you saw it or not, but I'd be more than happy to help. Unfortunately, I'm not too good with computers and various editing programs and don't have an HD camera, so my contributions would most likely be limited to writing. Any other ideas you have or jobs you need filled, just run them by me and I'll do my best to aid you. |

If you are going for a word press site and need help getting it setup lemme know. I've dealt with WP a lot for some clients who can't afford to pay me to build them a custom job, and I'll help you for free. If you want something a bit more lean I can install Pyrocms for you. One of my IRC m8s on freenode runs the project and its pretty slick and easy to setup. You just need a webhost with php5, mysql and apache with mod_rewrite ( read most good web host companys ). It is a lot easier than WP, its also free, and is easy build your custom website from the admin section. For instance you can integrate google analytics into the site as well as post to twitter from the site. |

I am a pretty good writer when it comes to these things, but I could do a podcast style broadcast if you prefer. Since I have my laptop on me I could make dual videos for the website/youtube. If you need me to write also that would work. |

Hmm, maybe I could contribute something. If you have any ideas for some type of stuff you need filled I'll gladly consider. I enjoy writing, this may be a kick in the butt I need to actually take writing seriously though. PM me, respond here or whatever, I'll do what I can to contribute! Hmm I'm running Firefox on a MacBook and it doesn't have to run any plug ins. I mean it has that little bar drop down to ask to add a plug in but you don't have it works perfect without it. |
