Considering that Halo Reach isn't out yet, so your choice should be pretty easy. Comparing both games is tough since they are so different, however I think God of War 3 is a fantastic game and it's one of the must-gave titles for the PS3.

Pre-order Goldeneye for the Wii with a special Golden Controller
http://www.ebgames.com.au/wii-150613-GoldenEye-007-Nintendo-Wii
$128 IS CHEAP HERE, we get new games $99 and the normal classic controller is $29.95.

Or Super Mario Galaxy 2

I'll eventually get both.. If I pre-order Goldeneye chances are I'll have it near my b-day (November 8th)

I'm really psyched about Goldeneye, but I've only played the first SMG.

You really can't go wrong with the NES; there are tons of great games available and it's a fairly economical system to build a collection for. The N64 and Megadrive are also fantastic, but the NES is definitely a must-have.

Is Tracmania Turbo for the DS worth it if you have the original Tracmania for the DS? Is it just an alternative version of the same game or a completely different game?

Thanks.

I have a very big question!

I have an Xbox360 but it has been taken over by my brothers. So I am just left alone with my PS3 which I do not enjoy as much as I thought I would. So here is the big question! Should I buy a new 360 or should I just try to use the PS3 and deal with it?

Can't you share the 360 with your brothers? When I was younger, my brother and I shared the NES and SNES and it worked out fine, despite the fact that we sometimes disagreed over who got to play and when. If this is not an option, give the PS3 a chance. It has most of the same cross-platform games as well as some fantastic exclusives, and delivers essentially the same gameplay experience. Be thankful you have a fallback - most people I know don't have a choice between a 360 and a PS3.

I am planning on buying Castlevania: Lords of Shadow today, which I have been looking forward to for quite some time and I cannot wait to sink my teeth into it, so to speak. But there are two other games I am considering and I might pick them up at the same time.

The first is Dead Rising 2, which is surprising since I never liked the first one. But I downloaded the prequel, Case Zero, and I am absolutely loving it. This has got me interested in buying the full game, which is still brand new and going for full retail price, but everyone I know who has played it speaks highly of it. That's one game. The second is Enslaved: Odyssey of the West. I knew nothing about this game until recently, but some gameplay videos and positive reviews have definitely piqued my interest. Tough decision.

What do you guys think? Which game would you go for if you had to pick between two games. I will probably get both eventually, but I wanted to pose this question to see what others think.

Get Enslaved, it looks a lot more interesting and original. I plan on getting it sometime.

Well my PS3 isn't cutting it for me, so unfortunately I am going to sell it. But should I buy an Xbox 360 instead? Or else I will keep my Wii or get a new PS2 Slim or something...

If you aren't interested in your PS3 then you probably won't be interested in a 360 either. Their libraries are very similar so the variety won't really be enough to capture your attention unless the exclusives out there are what you are interested in.

PS2 does have a lot of every genre, so if you are unsure of what to get or what you are into it would be a very good choice.

If you could provide more information as to what you want or are interested in, people can give better advice than what I have given.

right now i'm in a position to get anything i want for pretty much no cost - so i need some help deciding

I can get: a ps3 slim, xbox 360 slim, xbox 360 regular, or a dsi

i'm leaning towards the ps3 as my brother has one and i can borrow his games or buy a game that we can play together on

the 360 is at the bottom due to the random rrod

the dsi is in the middle as i already have a ds, but a dsi would be an improvement obviously

what do you guys think i should get?

@UkCollector

Both the PS3 Slim and Xbox 360 Slim are great purchases, but the influx of quality exclusive titles pushes things slightly in the PS3's favor. I would of course get both systems, but start with the PS3 because of games like God of War III, Uncharted, Killzone 2, Resistance, Little Big Planet, Heavy Rain and the Team Ico collection that's coming out in the new year. But don't totally write off the Xbox 360; the RROD was a daunting problem in the past, but it seems to be less of a concern with the slim model and there are also some great exclusives.

The DSi has marginal upgrades from the DS Lite, so I would personally put that at the bottom of the list because there is nothing exclusive to the DSi that would warrant an upgrade. Wait for the 3DS.

Know any good RPGs available on the Playstation Store (PSP or PS3, either's fine)? I have a $23.01 Visa Gift Card I'd like to use. Also, if you know any great RPGs on sale on Steam that are noteworthy, that'll be cool.

So far for PC I have The Witcher, Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale, and Torchlight.

For non retail-based Playstation Store games, I have all the Atlus RPGs for PSP that I'm aware of (Class of Heroes, Hexyz Force, Crimson Gem Saga, Riviera: The Promised Land, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3, Yggdra Union), and then Sega's Valkyria Chronicles 2. (Then the PSOne Classics: Wild Arms, Wild Arms 2, Suikoden).

Have I missed any good downloable PS3 or PSP RPGs available on the Playstation Store that you'd recommend?

Thanks.
