So yeah, basically i really want to start collecting video games for the ps2, xbox, wii, gamecube and n64. I love all these consoles , but because I live in england, im finiding it a lot harder to find specific games, like a lot of the ps2 rpg style games. If anyone here is from england and could give me some tips, other than look online, that would be so much help.

Cheers.

ps. BTW sorry if i've put this in the wrong section, i wasn't sure where to go to.

Welcome to the forum dude! And no, this section is fine, don't worry. I'm not from england, but I suggest any used/vintage game store (even chain retailers with used games) or like a Salvation Army type thing (like a thrift store that has more than clothes.)
Hope that helped :)

Ds Games!

Have you tried ebay? With the out of print games your looking for, it's hard to find them by individual title online, but you can always check every so often to see if you find a good auction.

Other than the options mentioned above, you can also try the Buying and Selling section of the forum here. Make a thread if you have a specific game you're looking for and maybe someone will be willing to trade/sell you the game. eBay, even though you said not just online, is probably your best bet. You can also do a quick Google search for game stores in your local area.

Good luck! And welcome to the forums!

To get a collection going for the ps2 i suggest you just aim for getting all the good games. This helps with rpgs because the more you visit a store the most likely you will find one. Wow, thank's for the replies guys! This seems like such a friendly community ^.^

I'm definately going to be checking on the bay a lot more, its just awkward because I dont have an account because I'm under 18, it was blocked.. but yeah, thanks a lot. I'm probably being fail here, but is there like a list or something with like the games to lookout for? Because all I seem to see around is bloody sports titles! haha. Just ordered digital devil saga, so this will be my first sort of good game to add to the collection. I bought monster hunter really cheap for like £1.99, i guess thats like $4 and got home with the wrong disk. Going to kick up tomorow haha. Thanks guys.

Yeah the UK is rubbish for collecting, im in scotland and the only place i can find 2nd hand games is in cash converters and they just price check with ebay anyway. :-/

At least you can bid and get a real deal on ebay and if you recieve something faulty or not as it was described its really easy to get refunded. Not so good for selling though...i've been burned by it before.

I feel your pain bro, i feel your pain. If your looking online man, have you used cex? Im not sure if you have one in your area, but sometimes you can pick up pretty good stuff in there.

BTW man, is it alright if i add you on xbl? Would be nice to talk to someone that actually collects, haha.
