So, I ordered THIS last night, very excited to get my hands on one. This morning, I get an email saying it is out of stock, and that I am on a backorder list...now, I wasn't happy about this...if there are only 1,000 made, and they are out of stock, and I doubt any will be returned, and even if they are, there are probably plenty of others on the list to receive one before me, how the heck am I expected to just let them keep my money until they finally, by some ungodly chance, get one to send to me? I wanted to cancel my order. Seemed simple enough. Oh, no. I send an email explaining why I want it cancelled. A little strange, most sites just have a cancel order button, but whatever. I send the email. I wait. All day. Until now, JUST to get an email that says "The order can not be cancelled because the order is already in process" So, basically, they are holding my money for ransom. Bull. I want it cancelled. This is ridiculous. Capcom is one of my favorite developers and companies, but this seriously ticks me off, and I'm really angry about it. |

I like that "the order cannot be canceled because it is already in progress". Of course it's already in progress, what other type of order would you be trying to cancel? One you didn't make yet, or one that went through without a problem? The only type of order it makes sense to try and cancel is one that is in progress. How stupid of them. If they have a customer service number I'd say give that a shot as it's always better talking to a real person if you can manage to get through to one. |

Dude it's only $10. I lost hundreds on online companies, regardless of reviews or customer awards. Sometimes they just mess up and it's cheaper for them to just loose the one customer, then to put effort and time into fixing the problem. |

This is what you do!! Buy a ticket to see them {if you can't afford one sleep your way till you get the money, but I reckon you to sleep with a fat chick with no arms or legs} After you get your ticket and you're on the plane...Bang the lady serving you in the bathroom......When you land don't kiss her on the mouth..just hurry and leave.......When you find a nice hotel, get some rest, and wake up at 2 in the morning. You might be out of funds so kill the nearest midget you see, and eat his body parts. And make love to the blood, by the time you wake up you'll have 200,000 in 100's on the bed. {If you have money don't worry about it} And the rest is obvious

This is common for retailers these days, both online and in the stores. Many don't have a proper inventory management system and most will give you the run-around if you want to return something or get your money back. Ironically, they are very communicative when they want money from you, but when you need something from them, they are MIA. Be thankful it's only $10 and not more. |

So, an UPDATE. I now just got an email from a representative appologizing for all of the confusion. Apparently may people got the backorder message, even though they weren't in stock. I've been told that my order has been shipped and all is good. Now that really IS good customer service. |

lol wow lucky I ordered a civillian Israeli Gasmask from ABG on amazon and they send me the military version instead, twice, so I called them up, told them about it and the chick on the other line (completely rude all of a sudden) yelled: "Let me explain something to you! We send you what you ordered twice in a row! We cannot keep up with minor details for freaks like you, so find a different company and don't ever call this hot-line again! *click*" so, anarchist that I am, I called back the next day, and ever since I just get put on hold indefinitely. So what was that about bad service? |
