I remember a topic about food, but I don't think it was exactly like this one. Though if you mods feel the need to lock this topic, go right ahead. Basically, list what you had for breakfeast, lunch, and dinner each day. There are a couple of rules that you should abide by to avoid spam or anything like that: 1. Post only once per day. 2. Don't post until you've had all three meals of the day (that means don't make three seperate posts for what you had for breakfeast, lunch, and dinner) 3. And be sure to include all three meals of the day in your posts, just put N/A if you skipped that meal for whatever reason. This is just a fun little thing you can do whenever you feel like it, to see what people eat every day. I will start. Breakfeast: 2 Chocolate chip poptarts Lunch: Pizza Dinner: Spaghetti and Italian Bread Now... LIST! |

It is 1:22am here so this is for yesterday. Breakfast: Nothing, I only eat breakfast on Weekends. Lunch: A Dairylea Dunker and a Snack a Jack Dinner: Chicken Dinner (Potatoes, carrots etc...) and for dessert, Vanilla Ice Cream. |

Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean cereal with 1% milk Lunch: mixed greens with strawberries, sliced skinless chicken (white meat), chickpea salad. Snack: green apple slices with almond butter. Dinner: lean steak, 1/2 sweet potato, broccoli and green beans. Post-workout snack: Isoflex Whey protein shake. Can you tell I'm on a diet

Diet's are no good, you need your nutrients and flavor. Apple slices and almond butter are both good, but give yourself a little more credit. |

Actually, I'm following the advice of a nutritionist and a personal trainer and they have devised a meal plan that complements my workout. It may not look it, but my meals today totalled 1,800 calories. Good for weight loss and building muscle because of the high protein. It's working so far and surprisingly the meal plan is varied enough that I don't get bored or crave sweets. |

Yesterday: Breakfast - STEAK. Mid morning - Gorge on fruit and nuts. Protein Shake Lunch - Tuna, salad, sweetcorn. no dressing. Afternoon - Moar nuts n fruit. Pre-workout - Horrid packet of reformed chicken. 'Snack Bites' or something vulgar. Dinner: Low fat, low content sausages. Steamed vegetables. I have to start on my fight diet shortly, so no moar crappy cheats like crappy chicken ![]() I'll eat like this 6x a week, and then I have a FATDAY. Where I'll eat like, 2 tubs of ben and jerries and any sweets I can get my hands on. ![]() |

Ah, the glorious cheat day! For me, that's today and I plan to indulge in chinese food and perhaps a few beers when I go out tonight. But it's back to diet and exercise tomorrow. |

You all are making me want to get back to going to the gym. My weight isn't a problem, but I've all but lost most of the muscle I gained over the years and I miss being strong Someone needs to invent a heavy ds, I pick it up enough during the day to warrant a workout if it had some weight to it.
