Well I for one miss the days of the PS2 and the GameCube. Having to bring a memory card to a friends, maybe a controller and a game. Plus online wasn't huge and a part of every game.

But most importantly the games were better (overall).

I've found that many developers (Insomniac, Naughty Dog) are making less fun games now than the PS2 days. Although I'm not saying that the new Ratchet's, Resistances or Uncharted's aren't good or fun, I loved the original four Ratchet's more, and the three Jak's more than I will ever love the new Ratchet's and Uncharted's. Also games like Star Wars Battlefront II, Kingdom Hearts, Dragonball Z Budoaki 3, Sly Cooper and GTA's were more fun and had more replay value.

What do you guys think?

I feel the same way. The PS2 has such a great variety of games. Gaming evolves though and changes. I still play the PS2, more than my 360. It's to bad that nobody I know feels this way. : (

Well I do agree that the PS2 had a huge variety of titles, the only console close to that would be the SNES. And the 360, PS3 have Trophies and Achievments, which many people just get games for them, I've found myself doing it too.

I love the PS2. I hardly ever finish any of the games that I play on it anymore. But I find that 30 min to 1 hour intervals are more of my style.
