At first I thought the noise was normal, since the system is new to me, but I discovered by accident that if I put pressure on the front top of the casing (not the disk lid thing, in front of that) most of the noise goes. It becomes an almost silent gentle whirring, like you'd expect from a disk console. When I don't apply the pressure, the sound produced is a loud, whiny vibration that I can't stand. How do I fix this problem? At the moment I am having to rest one foot on the DC while I play. (Tried heavy objects but they slide off.)Thanks. |

If your good with mechanic's i would suggest opening it up and messing around with it (This does NOT mean to open it up and just start taking off and rearranging things randomly), but if not take it to an electronic repair store or go to gamestop and see if they know how to fix the problem Im not really a mechanic myself, good luck
