Ok, I was going through some stuff the other day and found my late brother's original PSP. It's the 1000 model and as far as I know, it's bricked and he did stuff with it's battery and made his own Pandora battery. Now it won't turn on at all, I tried to charge it and all it did is have the green light on and it won't turn off unless I leave it like that until the battery drains. So I'm trying to find a way to fix it, and I'd appreciate any help or tips. Thanks!

I'd say get a new battery. The pandora battery reads files off the memory stick to be able to boot. If the files are not present the PSP will not boot.
Your situation could be different, and the Pandora could have gotten messed up when your brother was trying to make it. I say just buy a whole new battery and it should work.
