Anybody have one of these or plan on getting one?

I kinda want to get one but I'm kinda short on cash right now. I'm with T-Mobile so the only one available is the HTC HD7, it looks nice. But I kinda wish it had a slide out QWERTY keyboard because I don't really like texting using the touch screen.

I am totally smitten with the iPhone and I plan on replacing my Blackberry with it shortly, but I must admit that my interst in the Windows 7 and HTC phones has also been piqued. They all look good, so I'll wait to read reviews to see what the strengths and weaknesses are. Like yourself, I like the QWERTY keypad and I am personally not a fan of using a touch screen to text, but that's probably something I can get used to.

Yeah I sometimes use the onscreen keyboard 'cause I'm starting to get used to it. I just updated my Motorola CLIQ to 2.1 not too long ago and it has a speech-to-text thing on the on screen keyboard so I use that most of the time when I'm busy and don't feel like typing.

Not interested at all, I really have no use for a phone that also does a million other things, sure sometimes the net and what not comes in handy when you just want to quickly look something up, but I do not like the type of expensive plans you have to sign up for in order to get those features which I would personally have no need for 95% of the time.

I am fine with a phone that makes calls and sends and receives texts messages, and does those two things WELL.

Looks nice, but it's hard to fund other habits with such expensive plans. So, Walmart Go Phone for me.
