your intro shows you lifting wieghts, how much do you bench? and how much do you curl? also how many reps and sets do you do?

I'm not really a "weight lifting" guy. I heave some weights around now and then, but I don't have a "Bench and curl weight" or set routine. Those shots are in there for comedic effect really, kind of an homage to the S#!t-Buster. :D
