I dont follow football, but i think Englands reaction to the decision is hilarious. Was listening in on "absolute radio", not by choice mind you, and everyone on the station thought it was such a suprise that England didnt get it. They assumed there were under-hand tactics and foul play at work, not taking into account that it may be because the UK has some of the most racist football fans in the world and that our economy isnt really in the best position. yeah I know it was funny that they showed a documentary like two days before the voting about current FIFA officals taking bribes from some company. Some of these officals were actualy voting. Very silly BBC,very silly. It was also funny that the minute Russia got it that England were all like "oh no,we can't trust the voting system it's behind closed doors,we don't know what's going on" which is true,but would they be saying that if they won? I think not. I'm disappointed because I live in Ireland (the ecomony is toilet here,another topic for another day) and I was thinking of saving up for a trip over or something. It would be an experience, russia. Cant say it's at the top of my places to visit though. Cant wait to see a world cup thats being played on pitches covered with snow haha. Be nice to see the players earn thier money for once.
