http://www.michaeljackson.com/us/news/listen-entire-michael-album The above link allows you to listen to the whole album that will be released on December 14. I haven't completely listened to it yet but from what I have heard, I like it. I used to be a big MJ fan when I was growing up so it's nice to hear some new material from him. There is some controversy about some of the songs, some people, even his family, are saying that it's not Michael singing. I haven't got to the song "Breaking News" but that's one of the ones that people are saying that it's not him. There are a bunch of YouTube videos about it. Anyway, what are your thoughts on the album? Or are you even interested in new Michael material? What's your opinion on the song(s), is it REAL or FAKE? |

I've heard bits and pieces of his new stuff, and to be honest, my reaction is pretty lukewarm. As with "Invincible", I find that the music lacks the spark and originality of his earlier works and it reiterates that he was past his prime. No amount of over-production can hide the wrinkles, sadly. That's not to say that the music is terrible, far from it, but it's also nothing on the same level as his best works. I usually find posthumous releases to be more of a cash grab, to be honest. However, Michael's fans will undoubtedly scoop this album up and I expect it to sell a few million at least. |

Nowhere near his past work but Im very sure thats him singing even if they have been tampered with by producers. This is just an easy money grabbing scheme as huge sales are inevitable. Apparently MJ has generated approximately $1 billion the year after his death. |
