3DS Posts: 1,580 Group: Members Member #1,218 Joined: Sep 5, 2009	I vaguely remember playing Pacman on the Atari 2600 when I was 2, but I didn't understand how to do anything until I was 3. I don't remember beating my first game, and even then it was with help from my brother at 4, Pitfall. Then my brother got the NES when I was 5, and that's when I started getting really into games and learning how to play.

I didnt get my own consoles til i was about 5 anyway, but my cousin and a few of my neighbours had amigas which were probably my first real experience with gaming. Games like Pang, ikari warriors, Rick Dangerous and populous really stick in my mind and obvious well known arcade titles too.

A few short years later I was playing Space Quest 1 on an IBM 8086 chipset.

I was only three years old, but I feel in love with the few games we had, especially Donkey Kong Jr and Ladybug. A year or two later, I got into Zaxxon and the original Donkey Kong and I played them constantly up until the point my parents bought me an Atari 2600 (the "slim" model) and I was addicted to Mousehunt and Defender. Then we got the NES and the rest, as they say, is history
