Posts: 1,480 Group: Members Member #1,443 Joined: Dec 14, 2009	It's absolutely vital that if you were signed up for Kotaku, that you change your kotaku password RIGHT NOW, and change the password any sites that use that email address. Gawker got hacked, and there exists a text document with thousands of usernames and passwords in the following format: USER :: PASSWORD :: EMAIL ADDRESS This document is easily found on thepiratebay.org - I've checked and I'm on it, so I'm naturally shitting bricks right about now. If you use Kotaku, or ANY Gawker affiliates, you need to go on a mass password changing spree. I didn't even know until a few of my friends forwarded me the email they received, which had a link to some work-from-home scam that is clearly something I wouldn't send. I just found out that a few of the emails I sent, including one to my mother, were advertising porn sites :S Whoever created these spambots should be strung up and shot!
