Well one thing that scares me is I got my girlfriend pregnant (it was planned) and well she was actually my fiancee... and before it was all said and done, she left me and went back to WV (I live in KS). Now I don't know if her and I will ever get together and I don't know if I will see my kid. I know I'm going to see my baby when it's born but I want to start a family... I want to always be there and I don't know if it will happen.

LOL!

If this will ease your pain what scares me is the feat of beating PSIV a few days before GC's deadline. :P

I am allergic to bees, wasps and hornets, just like browland. What's worse: we have a huge garden at my place, so Summers are heck when it comes to them. I am not too scared of bees, since bees will leave you alone as long as you leave them alone. Hornets and wasps, however, will attack when ready, and we have hundreds of nests in our yard. With this, I am really scared of them. Actually, I often get them confused with regular bugs, so I often get scared for no reason. Actually, I have been really scared ever since I was stung by a wasp coming out of a restaurant and dragged to the hospital when I was 10. Ever since then, I have been on edge about this stuff.

I think maybe, heroin junkies... and the needles they leave behind anywhere and everywhere when they are done shooting smack. Not that I am around them much, but in parks or where ever I have seen a needle or two. My fear is more about the "what if I didn't see that before stepping on it"

That scene in one of the saw movies with the needle pit was sort of bad too... but knowing they weren't really heroin needles or what have you... made it not that bad.

same thing happened to me, except it wasn't planned (it wasn't prevented either)... and mine didn't leave. Just, stepping into that chapter of my life was a total scare... the idea of that big of a change..

sorry to hear your situation though man, hopefully you can sort it out. Pregnant women dont always think with rationale ... maybe now that the youngster is born you can talk some sense to her or work something out. It also may be worth you moving if you need to... dont let her raise that child with her point of view of you.. know what I mean?

I think yeah, that sort of thing would top the scary sh!t list (losing your children to a madwoman)

Oh, gosh... I can't even imagine how this situation must feel... I totally agree with Mr Debauch, you should try to talk to her by any means necessary so you can also help to raise your kid. Even if you guys can't work things out, it's worth a shot, and the kid deserves to have a dad by his/her side.
You must do this! You and your baby deserve to be together!

I totally get scared of your situation too, so we get as protected as possible, but even so it scares the sh*t out of me.
I understand it is difficult to have a child when you're not prepared, but don't let the fear interfere with you taking care of your girl and baby. If you guys love each other, I'm sure you'll have no problems at all.
I currently go to Med School, and we often see this kind of situation where parents seem not to have a clue of what they're doing with their babies, so my little piece of advice: read as much as you can about parenting, and ask everything you're not sure to your doctor (he/she will sure be glad to help). And DON'T let all the stress of raising a kid forget you about taking care of your gf. If the parents don't fell good about each other, there is no way to raise a family.

Oh gosh, I sure wrote a lot here. Hope it helps.

absolutely nick, thanks... we have been together for just over 7 years... i dont mind the idea at all... but it took a couple of months (from finding out) to get used to the idea... plus the whole thing about breaking the ice to my family.. etc.

Glad it didn't happen when I was younger!

Wow! You've been together for a long time. It might have been quite difficult to get used to it, but hope everything keeps fine, and that you have a great baby and make a great family! ;D

Yeah, we talk practically everyday. I tell her I miss her and she tells me that she misses me. Sometimes she'll call me and we will talk. Or if I don't pick up the phone she will leave a voicemail saying that she misses me and has thought about all day. I don't know what's up with her though. I tell her I love her but she won't tell me it back. The baby won't be born until October. So I won't know anything for sure until then. It just makes me sad because we had all of this planned and she knows what I went through in the past with relationships... I've known her since I was 14 and she always wanted to be with me even after we broke up 7 years ago. But we went our separate ways. I don't know though. And what really pisses me off is just the other day she told me that she missed having sex and that she still gets h****y and thinks about me -.- but yet she doesn't want to be with me. Or that she bought the baby an outfit that says I love daddy but yet she doesn't love me -.- ugh women are confusing man. That's one thing I learned in life.
