Hey guys, I'm kind-of new here I guess and I was wondering how to start a gaming collection.

I already have a GameBoy Color (with like 2 good games cause I played it when I was 7)
Xbox (Around 35 games)
Wii (Around 30 Wii games and 5 GameCube Games)
Nintendo DSi (Around 25 games)
Xbox 360 (Around 12 games)

I don't have much money to spend because I'm saving for a car but I still want to try to make my collection better.

Well you've already started one from what it sounds like. Just keep collecting for what you are interested in. Seems like you Nintendo & Microsoft a bit, just keep buying and buy smart. B2G1 free sales are definitely your friend.

Ebay is the way forward, just hunt around auctions ending soon and you can grab great deals, regularly get 360 titles for under a fiver

I'm fourteen and even I can say that wouldn't be the best choice down the line. xD

Sounds like you already know what to do. Amazon's a great place to shop online. I'm extremely cautious about buying on Ebay. Too many scams. Oh yeah, and the buy 2 get 1 free sales that Amazon, Toys R Us, Best Buy, and Gamestop occasionally have.

Oh yeah, and pay attention to the prices of games you're interested in year round. Some times the prices go up real high just before a sale and you end up paying what you've paid anyway before the big sale. Helps to pay attention to prices all year.

As everyone has said, you've already started a game collection and I'm sure it will grow further as time passes. eBay, flea markets and independent stores that sell used games are all good places to bulk up your collection without overpaying. Keep in mind that game collecting is about your passion for gaming, not trying to get as many games as possible. Don't feel pressured to amass a large load of games, just buy the ones you like when they're affordable.

This Is some really good advise right here. It is not important to have a large number of games... As long as you have the games that you like IMO. So... Just try to get what you like or think you will like and don't try to go overboard.
