Well i only have enough money for one or the other so im debating on which on to get. I love homefront but it seems too original but at the same time it has new and unique features such as Battle Points and Gameplay mechanics. Plus i love large scale warfare games. But on the other hand, Bulletstorm is very very unique and fun. And the demo blew me away. I just wanted some suggestions from the forum on which one i should get.

Bulletstorm I have also played the demo and it is one of those games that does not need online gameplay to be fun and there are so many different ways to kill your enemies Im really looking forward to it *And if you are getting the xbox version it comes with the gears of war 3 beta* Homefront just seems too much like COD for me.

What does that mean?

Anyway, I probably would recommend Bulletstorm where i've played the demo. It is a bit different from other shooters and the point system makes me replay through the levels time after time. I will probably buy them both BS has been pre-ordered.

I HATED the bulletstorm demo. Maybe it's something new, but didn't like it at all. It was just bland and boring, at least to me.

It was very short and probably not the best demo around. You won't be able to get the whole experience from it so i'm confident that it will be 10x more exciting in the full game.

i think you should definitely get Bulletstorm. I think it is more innovative and if this game sells well, maybe we will see more stuff other than call of duty or halo ;)

I would say bullet storm home fornt looks to be your usual brown fps with a side of generic enemies and concepts.

I would wait for Homefront to actually get released before you decide.

I purchased Bulletstorm day one and I love it; it's the most fun I've had in a game in a long time. It's a fresh take on the tired FPS genre and finding creative ways to kill enemies is rather addictive. However, it's largely a single-player experience since it only has a co-op mode that is not that great, however I know Homefront will have a more robust multiplayer component. That might be the tipping point for you, so consider what kind of game you're looking for and that should help you decide.

Im really enjoying Bulletstorm so far and im just into my second run through the campaign. It doesn't conform to typical FPSs and is definitely replayable. But like Browland said, the multiplayer is disappointing. There should be co-op play in the campaign at least also.

my friend got home front and he completed it in a day, but the online aspect is still appealing. however my other friend got bulletstorm and he is addicted to it. the replay value is amazing because of echoes mode. so it really comes down to what you are looking for, if you are looking for a fps with an interesting (but short) storyline and a cod style multiplayer get homefront or if you are looking for something that has lots of replay value and an interesting gameplay mechanic get bullet storm.

I completed Bulletstorm in one sitting. Fun but was slightly annoyed that I spent €60 on something that lasted 6 hours. Homefront looks good but people are saying its short also.
Bulletstorm is unique but it wont be remembered as a FPS that changed anything & most likely there will be a second 1 soon enough

Some may think i'm crazy but Bulletstorm is one of the best games i've played on the 360 this year and before you go asking is it the only game i've played no it's not. I've played the high profile games like L.A Noire granted that was a fantastic game but i feel that Bulletstorm really stands out in the FPS Shooter genre which has been flooded with average games. The Ways in which you can execute enemies in this game in imaginative and addictive and really adds to the games experience. The humour in this game may not be to everyones taste but personally i love it. I know this is a late reply to this post but if anyone reads this i highly reccomend buying this game!

I would say Bulletstorm because of the creative/unique aspect of it. It took me about 8 hours to play through (kind of trying to get most of the skills shots/achievements). There is a lot of replayability and online there as well, although I didn't get much into it. I will say this about it: It's the game Duke Nukem Forever should of been... they are closely related in terms of egomania/jokes.

I haven't touched anything from Homefront, but I played the Bulletstorm Demo on steam, and it was really fun. To me it felt like a nonstop Gears of War on crack. From the demo that is. That may not speak for the rest of the game.

I bought Homefront Day One, played it for 15 minutes online, and got bored. Oh well, maybe it's because I was sick that day, but I still haven't touched to that game since I bought it. So I guess you should get BulletStorm.

I've beaten Bulletstorm, fun game, more of a rental than a purchase imo. Haven't played Homefront because I heard so many bad things about the multiplayer problems.
