DS game reviews; Want to see them?

Ds Games!

For a while now I've been thinking about writing up quick reviews for most of the ds games I've beaten, especially the more unknown titles to get people interested. However, I've played so many and I notice a lot of reviews aren't noticed too well around here, even thought we have a thread keeping them all together, it seems to get passed over quite a bit. Basically, I'm wondering if there would be enough of an interest in people looking for ds game reviews to make it worth it? Anyone interested?

Can you do a write up on the Kingdom Heart DS games? I haven't played any incarnation of that series and want to get into it.

These aren't the droids we're looking for.

As you know, any review is a good review in my book; I would love to see some reviews from you! We currently have over 60 reviews at the moment, so perhaps there's hope that Pete will create a section just for reviews? If not, I'll most definitely keep adding them to the Index!

Write, write, write!

Do it. Especially for games hidden under the radar and most of the new 3DS titles coming out soon.

I'm sorry, I actually do not have those games and a heavy anime art style is one of the few things that really puts me off of a video game, and I'd really like to be able to play as donald duck or goofy which I hear you can't. In the future if they happen to get cheap I may pick them up just to have in my collection.

I see there seems to be a lot of interest, more than I thought, so I'll go ahead and write as many reviews as I can, and at the end of each review I'd like to take a vote to see which game you'd all be interested in hearing about next.

I definitely think so. You're our resident DS guru and you know a lot about the platform, plus you've been keeping the section buzzing with news on the 3DS. I think both DS and 3DS reviews from you would be awesome, so you definitely have my support.

I really hope he does, the reviews that have already been submitted go unnoticed by most people who visit these boards.

I would definitely like this. Really been getting into Nintendo systems as of late, and would like to know what games are good, and which ones aren't. I really trust you with this on the forums, so I would definitely listen, and look forward to some of these games. :)

So this post is for sure very late, but I definitely think ds reviews would be a really great idea. I've been on a ds kick as of late, and would love some reviews on all sorts of games.

Sadly I've been very busy with a lot of different things but don't worry, a Hotel Dusk review will be on it's way.

Sure, any DS review will do. Would help me decide what to tackle next or what good game might fill a few gaps in the library. Got the 3DS, but I don't plan on abandoning the regular DS even 5-6 years from now.

If more people show interest in user reviews we can give it its own forum, which may also encourage people to write more reviews on here, but as of right now I still dont think theres enough general interest to warrant its own forum quite yet...but if you people would like to see a review forum (which has been discussed in the past) feel free to write some up!

I think it's a very good idea, and will proably be very helpful to younger collector's such as myself...who simply don't have that much money to put towards there gaming/collecting habits. So a review forum would be very helpful for helping people determine what games they should look for, and perhaps keep away from.
