I've completed nearly everything in the game and it's not even out in English yet. It's just so good. I just wish I could understand half of the characters, because half of the characters speak in dialects and I only know the Tokyo dialect. So whenever a character from Osaka or Nagoya pops up and says something I'm just like 'what...'. Outside of gaming, I'm addicted to planning out stories. I have an entire notebook full of story ideas, character sheets, concept art, and all sorts of stuff. And I haven't even actually done anything with 95% of the stuff in there. I've been watching tons of gameplay videos preparing for it....but, for a game I have actually played, I used to be addicted to a dumb little game called Runescape. Now that I look at it, it's such a horrible game, but I was at the point of playing it about 10-12 hours a day. It was bad.

I think the next one I will play will be Xenoblade Chronicles, maybe FF 13-2. I have pretty high expectations for that game. It is going to take a high production value CONSOLE JRPG. These handheld RPGs and other retro ones that I haven't beaten yet just aren't doing it for me anymore. It feels like a part of me has been taken away, but sadly that just is reality. I am going to get killed for saying this, but what the hell here it goes. I kinda feel a ton of these JRPGs could just be turned into Animes for a more rewarding experience. Random Encounters, unnecessarily long games, low production values, bland dungeons, and repetitiveness such as grinding and a bunch of other things in different forms have just took its toll on me. I feel that some of these games may have a good, even great story beneath all these other annoying aspects, but in the end of the day if the only reason you are doing something is for a story might as well turn it into a book or movie. WRPGs are perfecting immersion and slowly but surely it has pounded JRPGs into the ground for me.
