I could be wrong, but I think Cotton is saying "Iku zo!" or "Let's go (into battle)!" It's funny, I can beat Gate of Thunder fair and square, but can't get through Cotton. I guess it's the one hit death thing.

It looks pretty much like the arcade one, and of course, benefits from the CD audio. Same thing goes for the PCE version of Tenchi o Kurau, as it is better than the arcade.
