I just played Earthbound again and finished it yesterday(morning Thurs.)----first time in ages. I wound up staying up until after 9am to finish it off---pretty unusual for me, but I was so far I had to beat it. If I would've picked up the next day it wouldn't have felt the same. I really, REALLY, love the uniqueness, comedy, and the darker parts at the end. Really good!

Anyway, in my early teens (I'm 31), I wasn't all that into RPG's that much. I played Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Final Fantasies, but back then, to be honest--- I don't even remember what ones that I've beaten--- but in the last 4-5 years I've replayed them all.

I think my favs are Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Zelda, and Tales of Phantasia, and maybe even Ogre Battle(black queen), and Final Fantasy. What are you're thoughts on those games, and any other really good RPG's that I haven't mentioned that are worth playing.

These aren't the droids we're looking for.

I absolutely loved Chrono Trigger when I played it on the DS. I had played Chrono Cross as a kid (it's easily my favorite game of all time), so I had some pretty high expectations, and it easily fulfilled them (especially with the story and music).
