I've not tried Ear Pollution earplugs but i have had Skull Candy's before. The SC earbuds sounded great, i like a lot of bass kick and these certainly had them. Their problem lies in build quality, mine broke in a couple of weeks due to the wiring being far too flimsy.

£30 down the drain.

Yet i picked up a pair of cheapish sony earbuds, these ones but without the volume slider...

They sound alright for the price(like £12.99) and never seem to break, i lose them before i can break them haha. I dont see the point in really expensive earphones/buds unless your mixing and mastering music.

I got a pair of skull candies and they broke in less than a month, but with my Ear Pollution headphones I've had them for over 6 months...... so skull candies are obviously not worth it. [sonicwaiting] [sonicwaiting]

Well that's the thing, sometimes you see people wearing these huge studio headphones and it's ridiculous. I did music production at uni and I'd always see people wearing the exact same headphones we used in the studio, these huge, expensive headphones that actually sounded like shit because they're meant for mixing.

I don't know anything about Ear Pollution headphones but from what I've seen and heard of Skull Candy, they're generally very poor quality.

Elsewhere I've heard that Beats headphones are like blu-ray for music, I'd love to try some of those but they're like £200!

Well most people seem to dislike skullcandy, i have a pair of Uprocks by Skullcandy and they work perfectly, you should also try the HESH headphones, they seem to be there most high quality head phones that are in the medium price range. I have not tried nor even heard of Soundpolishin, so i won't tell you whether or not to try there headphones, but i suggest you check out the Uprock's or the HESH headphones :)
Good vibes?

With the skull candy earbuds the thing is that they sound great but they are built like shit. I had multiple pairs and the longest one lasted was around 3 weeks without breaking.
