How bored are you was the 1st question to pop in my mind
what did you randomly just walk into a store and buy 354 games at once or did you plan this?

That's gonna be one looooong "Games I Bought Recently" video. Anything noteworthy in there?

I wouldn't mind having that many in 3DS and Vita games some day.

That's quite the pile. Did you get lucky with a craigslist ad or what? Anything decent?

this is kind of silly... and eccentric. i dont get why people are obsessed with just collecting games even if they're shitty games. theres some psychological issue going on here, its like hoarding, your filling some feeling of emptiness or lonliness.

for a few years i bought nes and snes games off amazon that i remembered from my childhood but theres only so many. and once i had all the good games i started impulse buying random games out of habbit and never playing them, at that point i thought okay, theres no more games to collect i have to move on. also, those cartridge games take up alot of space, i mean, where are you gonna put all that shit where its out of site. you dont want people seeing that. its very strange behavior

If your ashamed of having games then thats a different story i guess, personally i dont see it being any different from having DVD's on show. I've also found some cracking games through impulse buying, i've found some crap titles too but the same could be said for books and movies too.

Some people just enjoy collecting stuff, i dont think it means anyone has any psychological issues.

ashamed? i dont see the connection. buyers remorse maybe.

when its not about the "games" anymore and more about how many of these plastic cartridges can you hoard, well, wheres the fun in that. nice haul though, how much was it?

The difference between collecting and hoarding is all in how it's displayed. If you have the self space, then live it up! If these 354 games are just going to go unappreciated, buried in the garage, then give them to me. :D

Lol you're way way off.

I have a dedicated mancave/gameroom in my new house.

Which also has at certain times 3-4 TV's running.

Usually it's one tv playing one football game, another tv playing another, one tv playing ps3, one tv playing another system.

Also who says I don't want people seeing it? It's a GAMEROOM so whenever someone walks in they expect to see..

wait for it

Welcome To Warp Zone!

For a while, i had a policy where I'd buy any NES or SNES game under $4 as long as I did not have a copy. My reasoning was that if I can spend it on fast food, I can spend it on a videogame. I ended up with a lot of games I don't like, but I also found some awesome games I didn't get a chance to play as a kid.

I say, as long as the price is right, there's no reason to pass it up. At the very least it makes for a great resell lot.

If you have any good ones in there, but decide you don't want them, let us know. Maybe you can make back some of that money. Mostly interested in SNES games, but maybe some Genesis/MD and NES would be good, too.

Why are you refraining from telling us the price? You said it was a very a good deal after all. Otherwise people will start assuming your hiding something and start flaming away lol.
