How sensitive is your mouse?

Me and (most) of my friends have laser mice and like to set it at full blast. However, when my girlfriend and family use my computer, they complain about how my mouse is too "jumpy". What do you like to have your mouse set at? Regular? Extremely High? Extremely Low? My reasoning for the extremely high DPI is the fact that I can move my cursor around without using too much desk space to move (since my desk is not big by all means).

If i havent played BF3 in a while it actually suprises me how senstive i have it set. xD
