Posts: 2,001 Group: Moderator Member #980 Joined: Jul 10, 2009 Currently Playing Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Dorrs Twitter @eSkilliam	So my girlfriend is younger than me, and likes playing N64 with her college roomates(mostly Mario Kart 64). I recently broke out the SNES, and she vaguely remembered some of the games that I had, namely Donkey Kong Country, Super Mario World, Super Mario All Stars, and Link to the Past. We got to playing Super Mario World last night, and today she didn't have class so she broke it out and played games all day. The problem is that she isn't very good. I told her we would go SNES game shopping on Saturday, but I need games that aren't very hard, or have really fun multiplayer. Any suggestions before I go out on saturday? Common/cheap games preferred. After we play around with the SNES for a few more weeks/months, I'm gonna show her what Nintendon't!

I would suggest: Super Bomberman Rival Turf is a simple side scrolling beat em up that's very cheap. TMNT IV Bust A Move Tiny Toons: Buster Busts Loose Kirby Superstar Swat Kats - based off the old cartoon All have multiplayer except Tiny Toons. Kirby Superstar has 2 player adventure modes. Sega Does What Nintendon't Posts: 3,285 Group: Moderator Member #792 Joined: May 25, 2009	Gemfire - Turn-based strategy Its sort of like Risk where you have to take over the map to win. You also have battle sections when you invade places. This game looks complicated at first glance but dont let that stop you from the fun you can have with this game. Its one of the most simplified games like this I have played but its also one of the most fun just because its 2 player. This game goes for next to nothing, I got a new sealed copy for the genesis a while back on eBay and only payed $10.00. It was released for almost every system so a copy should be easy to find for the SNES. Some of my favorite 2 player games for the SNES...... Tetris Attack Sunset Riders Turtles in Time Super Smash TV Rock N' Roll Racing any of the Super Bomberman games. Edited by majinpowers, Feb 17 2012, 06:36 AM.

Here's more that I took a look at from my collection: NBA Jam T.E. Battletoads in Battlemaniacs Battletoads & Double Dragon KendoRage - is an old school anime platformer Joe & Mac Most should be on the cheap end, with Battletoad games & Earthworm Jim getting up to $10.

Big Daddy Fat Sacks Posts: 253 Group: Members Member #4,446 Joined: Nov 17, 2011	A fairly easy & quality SNES game is "The Magical Quest starring Mickey." It's made by capcom and is a GREAT game! Pretty easy, i can sit down and beat it in like an hour.

Button mashing will get her far enough, then as she gets better, she can learn some more advanced techniques and stategy. Plus, you guys can play together--let her win and she'll make it up to you. Street Fighter 2 should be cheap, but my favorite is TMNT Tournament Fighters.

It may be hard, but it's cool--- try a game with a story that'll suck you in. Those games bring out the best in you--- no matter how good you are. TMNT would be fun.
