Figures, Games, Shows, Movies. I'm into collecting the figures and enjoy reading the lore and watching some of the cartoons/shows. The original movie from the 80's is still the best. Be great to know what other people like.

Posts: 1,664 Group: Moderator Member #714 Joined: May 11, 2009	I grew up watching Beast Wars in the mid-90's and have been hooked on the mythology ever since. I was never really into the cartoons before or after Beast Wars (mainly because I never got to watch them, haha). I enjoy the newer movies for what they are, fun, confusing, eye candy that doesn't make too much sense if you try to put too much thought into it. I'm planning on picking up the original cartoons on DVD in the near future, because it seems to be right up my ally. As for toys, once again, just the Beast Wars stuff when I was a kid. I know Beast Wars is a sore spot for some older Transformers fans, but you have to admit that it pretty much saved the series, which was dead by 1996. On thing I will say though, is that I absolutely hate the Transformers wikis. I'm a wiki whore, and the nonsensical captions the authors put on the pictures drive me freaking nuts. I dunno why, I just get nerd rage and leave the site.

I had just about all the Beast Wars Figures growing up. Being the stupid kid wanting money of course I sold them all, I am now in the process of buying the toys again. Getting back my old collection little by little. As for the Wiki I find the captions stupid as well, but I really enjoy reading about the Characters and Storys too much to care, LOL.
