Its my third year and i'm double majoring in Psychology and Health Sciences. I'll probably be in college for 5-6+ years since I'm double majoring and because I was in academic probation my first year. I'm doing fine now with a 3.2 GPA.

I'm in the humanities, so I have minors in art, arch, and philosophy. I went to school for 2 years, took off one year due to personal issues, and went back. I graduate during the Fall of this year. I plan to go for a graduate program as soon as I can to go for a practical degree. I'm not entirely sure what I want to do with my education. I was thinking of either pursuing graduate school for psychology, business or Industrial Design. For someone who has been going for so long, you'd expect them to have some form of idea of what they wanted to do, but I guess I'll just have to make a decision based on my opportunities and what I get acceptance letters for.

Graduated from Ohio State in 2006 with majors in journalism, social studies, and geography. Somehow I write about race cars for a living. Go figure.

lol Just make sure you're ready for the program buddy. I think one person out of the fifteen or so I knew with that same thought switched majors. The majority of them we're really into robotics and electronics too and they STILL didn't dig it. Don't ever get into a career for the money.

I'm doing my second year of my second degree now, a Bsc Optometry.
Its a very good degree (I've been told its the hardest course to get into at my uni) and I'll hopefully get through and work in my mum's business at the end of it. Really interesting course so far, with a lot more clinical work so far than i thought we'd have done.

I went to Digital Media College here in Denmark, and got an education in 3D modelling and animation. I took the education with the intention of working in the video game industry. But so far, i've only worked on architectural visualizations as well as visualizations of some engineering projects. I've applied for job after job at various developers, and i've gotten nothing, I got good grades in college and a recommendation. But without any experience in the industry, it's nearly impossible to get a job, i'm almost about to give up to be honest.

No blogging about race cars (although I do blog about games purely recreationally). I'm a copywriter for Summit Racing Equipment. You've probably heard of them if you're in the business.

Sorry for your situation, but I know if you are in the US at least, the military is a great way to kick start your life, have a lot of fun in the meantime, and get a free ride to college afterward. Just saying. I had my associate's degree in general studies when I went in, but I gained enough electronics training to get me a nice and cozy position at a very stable and well paying job after I got out. Prior to that I was trying to work full time to pay for full time college and couldn't hack it. Now I'm set. I did 6 years in the Navy.

Good Choice, that field is fairly easy to find work in and pays well. It's basically what I do... minus the whole engineering part lol

Nah dude i know what im doing. my high school is a PLTW school (Project LEAD The way) meaning that the goverment gave my school i bunch a money to teach us engineering. in 7th-sketch and design,8th-robitics,9th-intro to engineering part 1,10th-intro to engineering part 2, and those are the classes everybody has to take. then there is still the other classes (adv engineering and shopbot machinery). so i think ready but thanks for the concern.
