Today I found a Turbo Grafx 16 in my friend's garage, fortunatly he let me have it. After getting home I set the bad bad up, popped in a game, and BAM! nothing but a light blue screen flickering back at me. All three games I have produce a similar effect. The system would have been exposed to about -20C weather. Any tips on getting the machine up and running, or is it dead for good?

does the screen flicker or anything so you know the console is getting power? Also make sure the hu-card is inserted all the way you should hear it click into place you would be surprised by the amount of people who think the games inserted all the way when in fact it isn't.
