Just noticed this making the rumor rounds and figured some people here are probably big fans of the Ys series, so y'all may want to hear about this, but it looks like Ys: Oath in Felghana has been spotted in the Steam registry. The registry is basically something in Steam's system where data is entered first prior to new publishers joining up or new games coming to the platform. If you monitor it, sometimes you can get hints of what's coming down the pipes. Eyebrows were raised a few weeks ago when XSEED appeared on it, especially since they handle the Western releases of Falcom games.

As I'm sure a lot of you know, Falcom has a TON of PC games that have never come out in the West. Lots of Ys and Trails in the Sky that we haven't experienced yet. So, this could be the thin edge of the wedge for XSEED to start bringing out these games in our neck of the woods. Hopefully Fleghana is just the start, and does well enough to warrant bringing the rest of Falcom's PC library our way. These games aren't hugely taxing on hardware, so even people with a ho-hum PC should be able to run them. Anyway, big news, fingers crossed, and all that. I would LOVE to see more stuff like this happen going forward.

The registry entry in question:

Awesome! I really hope this turns into something good! I'm fine with Xseed's remake releases, but having the originals would be awesome.
