Mamonuth, It was a joke, nothing to get worked up about. Everyone has their own opinion. 605506 is just saying what he wants to say. You could easily explain why his point of view is "stupid" or "ignorant" without being an asshole about it. |

Seriously? Are you comparing intimate relations between two people to smoking, drugs, and alcohol? Until this part came up I was kind of understanding where you were coming from but now I can't identify with it all. What a silly comparison. |

I dont think its necessary to be throwing around insults, opinions can be expressed and we all love a debate of to some extent. Just keep it cool guys and dont go insulting each other, that wont be tolerated. These are only opinions at the end of the day, no one is right or wrong.

This thread is hilarious. I'm married for Christ's sake. To call me shallow, when I would give up VG for sex is almost the stupidest thing I've heard this week. I believe you to be very young (either in age or life experience) in order to say something like that. I'm not going to bother quoting you, you know who you are. Making statements like that shows lack of wisdom and immense ignorance. I've had a lot of sex. Before I was married and after. I enjoy it and biblically, that is part of what sex is for, enjoyment. It isn't the end-all-be-all for me, either. This thread was for fun, obviously, and some people have made some pretty stupid comments and some unverifiable ones. Some that I would say are lies and some that might be true. It doesn't matter. Get over yourself, move on, and enjoy whatever it is about your sexual relationship (or lack of one) that you like. /end thread. |

I love video games, but choosing it over sex is like choosing a car over food. Haha. It's a biological thing, you know? You can't really call someone shallow for choosing nature over nurture and no matter how you sugar coat it, sex is a part of a relationship. You can't tell me that you can date a girl without having sex with hey because, no, it's one of those things that will and must happen. Sure, sex shouldn't be the ONLY part of a relationship but it is an IMPORTANT part. Guys need it and girls need it. My guess is that this is an age thing. The younger ones who can't have sex on a regular basis vs. the older ones who can do whatever the heck they want. Its not shallow to choose sex, I don't know what kind of thinking is that but it's not. For a lot of couples, sex isn't really a "for fun" thing but a part of being together. You know? It's a gesture of love. Even the most religious people will have sex at one point. So again, it's not shallow to think that sex is a crucial part of a relationship. Believe it or not, not everyone fucks for fun. Edited by TheHBF, Mar 13 2012, 01:57 AM.

Random but I believe that there are such things as married virgin (as in not ever having sex ever and will NEVER have sex in their lifetime) couples in this world...am I right? or wrong? If i'm right then I believe sex is not one of the important factors in love. I guess thats a reason why I choose video games over sex. Hell, not only VG but Id take playing music, watching and playing sports, watching movies, dates with gf and spending time family etc...I'd take all of those factors over pure sex... iono, I'm only 20 and I'm not at that stage in life yet. someone educate me...I have a girlfriend but I'm not married yet... |

Sure, they are called priests and monks, there's also the celibates but you will never hear of a MARRIED couple who doesn't engage in sexual activity so, yes, sex IS a part of love and relationship and those who choose to abstain from sex do it for individual reasons. I don't want to question your beliefs but what do you mean by "I'm not on that stage in life yet"? I can understand religious reasons, but that doesn't mean you and your girlfriend will NEVER engage in sexual activity. It will happen and when you're married you will understand. I'm pretty sure the bible even talks about sex being important. But if its not for religious reasons then please do understand that people can have sex without getting married. My girlfriend will agree with me that although our relationship doesn't revolve on sex, it won't function properly without it. Maybe it will make more sense to choose other things over sex if you're single or if you've never experienced it. I don't think it's wrong to do so, all I'm trying to say is that its not shallow to choose something normal like sex. |

This is easy. Gaming over sex any day. Most girls are too boring I wish I had been gaming instead. |
