I play everything on my Samsung 36" 1080p LCD as of right now, I stupidly got rid of my old CRT a few years back and I've regretted it ever since. :(
I'm currently in the market for one of the nice Sony CRT's, no luck as of yet....but fingers crossed, good topic man ;)

I use a 27" 1080p HD LG Monitor for my PC, 360 and Amiga 500 games. Oddly enough the Amiga looks pretty damn good on it, which i did not expect.

Everything else is generally played through a 20-21" old Samsung CRT. Its the only way it feels right to me. I had the Gamecube hooked up to the LG for a while but god it looked awful. It may be defunct but sometimes you just cant beat CRT. :/

I play my ds games on my ds and my 3ds games on my 3ds. Nice and simple.
It all boils down to decisively maneuvering the DS game into the DS slot.

I usually base my choice of televisions on native aspect ratio. If it's meant to be played in 16:9, it goes on the 42" Samsung LCD; 4:3 games go on the 32" Sony Wega CRT.

Recording classic game footage requires me to play on a 13" Dell laptop. I need to get some A/V splitters! :D

I have a 32" Element 1080p flat screen for the modern stuff. I hate setting up my game consoles on it so I actually have my PS2 hooked up to it on R/F as everytime I hook up component cables, I get no video. Haven't sat down to figure it out but the games still play fine.

The older game systems I play on one of those old Commodore 64 TV Monitor things. I forget what they are called but I heard it's suppose to make the retro games look great. The only issue I have with it is there is no R/F so the Turbo Grafx & NES are stuck on the flat screen, which makes them look kinda bad.

I generally play with the lights on. When the lights are off, my eyes start to water from the brightness of the screen. It doesn't happen when I just watch TV though.

37" Vizio 1080p and my Turtle Beach headset for sound (I have kids so I can have it turned up as loud as I want without keeping anyone awake).

26" Samsung 720p for shooters if I'm playing competitively. Less visual lag than the larger TV.

Mostly when I play anything I play it on my 42 inch. I don't play my retro consoles as much because I only have RF cables for them. I have an older TV in my bedroom, but it's so cramped in there that it's uncomfortable to play games. I like to have maximum comfort when I'm playing my video games.

I play all of mine on a 37" 1080p Vizio LCD. That's everything from NES to PS3. Everything looks fine and perfect on it too. I don't understand why a lot of people have a hard time with older consoles and games looking bad on their newer TV. They've always looked perfect on mine.

I play everything on a 1080p 32" Sony Bravia, that's pretty much all my room can fit as my room is very small! I have a weird thing where I can't play a game if my room is a mess, so I need to tidy before I throw something on, no idea why haha. My TV is at the foot of my bed so I'm usually lying down when playing.

I'm a big retro gamer. I don't play the Xbox 360 or PS3, so pretty much all of my stuff is low resolution. Despite that, I mostly play on a 52" Sharp Aquos 1080p HDTV. To fix the problem of most retro games looking like shit and having a big input delay on an HDTV, I use high quality cables and run them through a Japanese upscaler. The end result is absolutely fantastic visuals, and very little input delay.

Here is a list of what is currently connected to my HDTV, along with the cable I use. Every console is Japanese, by the way:
- AV Famicom (modded with a Nintendo arcade PPU to output RGB)
- Super Famicom (RGB)
- Nintendo 64 (modded for RGB)
- Panasonic Q Gamecube with Game Boy Player (D4)
- Wii (component)
- Sega Master System (RGB)
- Sega Mega Drive model 2 with Super 32X (RGB)
- Sega Wondermega M1 (modded for RGB)
- Sega Saturn (RGB)
- Sega Dreamcast (VGA & S-Video with toggle switch)
- XBOX (component)
- Panasonic FZ-10 3DO (modded for RGB)
- Playstation 3 (60GB launch model that I use for PS1/PS2 games. I refuse to update the firmware so I don't play PS3 games at all.) (HDMI)
- Supergrafx with Super CD-ROM2 (modded for RGB)
- Neo Geo CD (top loader, RGB)
- Analogue Interactive Neo Geo CMVS Slim (component)

I would like to hook up my Neo Geo AES and PC-FX as well, but I ran outta space, lol.

looks like you got things figured out :D and I like retro gaming a lot too, in some ways it's a lot better than next gen consoles but in some ways the newer stuff is better too, just depends on the game.
