The DS Lite. Every other console in the house belonged to someone else.

An Atari 2600, my parents brought me and my brother one from a pound shop in the early 90's after playing my uncles. It was my first experience of gaming so I just assumed it was the latest thing and I was addicted to it! It came with Adventure, some sort of racing game (had 1930s cars on the cart thats all I remember) and a 100 in one cart that had many different games on like tennis, centerpede, custers revenge, battle tanks and a cowboy game which had a destroyable wall in the middle.

I did eventually upgrade to a C64 and after that an Amiga following this. I enjoyed playing it, but was always disappointed by the graphics.

I got a blue Game Boy Pocket with Pokemon Red when I finished Kindergarten. My brother had a SNES but that was my first system.

First console experience was the Atari 2600. Relatives had one and I remember playing games like Combat, Asteroids and (I believe) Night Driver.

Then in the early to mid eighties my brother got an Intellivision for his birthday. The only games he had were Space Armada, Mouse Trap, Donkey Kong and Carnival, but we both played them for years. Nowadays I buy more titles on a single day... How times have changed :)

Around 1989 I got a NES for my birthday so that was my first very own console. I still have it and play on it regularly.

in 1988, I got the NES as a birthday present. I still remember trying to learn how to play Super Mario Brothers. Good times.

As far as hand me down systems, we did have a SMS and 2600 that ended up crapping out. But the first system I truly owned was a NES

Seeking the Light.
The Nintendo 64 was the first console I ever owned, which was at the age of two.
As for what I played, the first game was the one and only Super Mario 64, which came with the system.
Other than that, I've have played many systems of the years, from the old to the new. Gaming is my passion.

My dad was a jerk(he still is though) and wouldn't let me play games until i was 10, and still was reluctant about it, and because of that, I missed out on 2 whole generations that I have vague memories about when i played at my friend's houses. If you include handhelds, my ds. So many great RPG's and small quirky gems on that little thing. wish they built it better though.
My first console was a GameCube which was given to me when my friend got a wii, which introduced me to some of the best games i ever played like Sonic Adventure 2, and Super Mario Sunshine.
