PSP 3000 Broken, lets see how this plays out.; My PSP 3000 has a screen defect lets see how sony handles it

Level 3 Posts: 127 Group: Members Member #4,893 Joined: Mar 22, 2012	Hey guys, so sadly last night I go to play my PSP 3000 and I turn it on to see a line of what appears to be dead pixels across the bottom of the screen. It only shows on certain colors, I have never dropped it, or taken it out of my house and it has been in a case everytime it isnt in use. So I called Sony today and the representative was very nice and helpful, the system is literally brand new (2 months old) So they are going to send me a box so I can send it to them and they will see if they can fix it or if it qualifies to be replaced. So I just wanted to post this up here and ill update you guys with the whole process so that if some of you have this problem in the future you can see exactly how it plays out lol crossing fingers it all goes well

Level 7 Posts: 1,338 Group: Members Member #604 Joined: Apr 18, 2009	Since it's under warranty you shouldn't have any problems at all with the process. It doesn't sound like anything that can be seen as physical damage or anything cause by you.

Yeah, the only thing I worry about is them saying some sort of BS about how its not their fault or something along those lines and how long this whole process might take, because I have a lot of games to play haha
