I bought my copy of Halo Reach at launch and the box was in mint condition. I just pulled Halo Reach out today to play it and found that the spine of the game had plastic ripping off and formed a hole. Is there any way to prevent this from happening to my other game boxes, thanks?

Huh?! I have games i've had since the 90's standing on shelves, nothing like this has ever happened. I really don't think something like this can happen just by sitting on a shelf.
